Love coming to this place, one of the very few places in Como where you can have a nice night out with quality food, good service and not having to break the bank account. Will be back very soon.

I dined at Hommus for the first time last night with a dear friend, and we had a truly wonderful time. Our only mistake was getting too excited and ordering too many dishes. As a result, we were stuffed and unfortunately couldn't finish everything. However, we did find room for one (or rather, two) desserts. 😜 The waiter was extremely kind and, when it came to the bill, even offered us desserts and a liqueur. The place is small, so reservations are definitely recommended (we did so with The Fork), especially on weekends! We'll definitely be back!!

Cozy space, authentic Lebanese food

Lebanese cuisine restaurant. Found by mistake because we weren't going to this place, and it was a pleasant discovery, one we'll definitely return to. The friendly, laid-back atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The noise is fairly low, with a slight buzz but not too loud, and it's easy to converse with your fellow diners. The food is worth trying if you're a novice, but we all found it to be excellent—well-cooked, crispy, with intense and delicate flavors, where one ingredient didn't overpower the other. The spices are present but well-rounded, and the dessert is typical, reminiscent of our local seadas, but with rose water—fantastic!—and chopped pistachios. Everything was excellent, including the rosé wine. Stylish wall décor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. Well done. Reservations are almost mandatory given the constant crowds, but if you go at the last minute and have the patience to wait, on average on a Saturday, you can get a table in about 30-40 minutes.

The food quality is reasonable for the price. Decent. About €20 per person. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The atmosphere is small, simple, and welcoming, although the cooking smell lingers on your clothes. It's crowded.

Great food, everything delicious..

A truly good Lebanese dinner, with very friendly and helpful staff. The service was very fast, prices were average. The only small drawback is that the kitchen is adjacent to the small dining room, so the aromas are quite noticeable, but nothing dramatic! I booked through The Fork, which kindly applied a 20% discount at checkout without any issues. They also offered us a traditional Lebanese anise-based liqueur (or at least it tasted like one). I don't know when I'll be back in Como, but it's definitely one of those places I'll definitely try again! 😁
