We found this agriturismo via Google Maps. The setting is very refined, nestled among olive trees and prickly pears. It has a beautiful pergola and a garden lit by fairy lights, creating a charming atmosphere. Tables are carefully set and meticulously maintained. The background music is relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of Otranto. The food is very good, made with locally sourced ingredients. Generous portions and carefully selected. The staff is very friendly and fast. Reasonable prices. They even offered us a homemade olive liqueur, which was excellent. Definitely worth a try.

We learned about this restaurant through friends who have already been there.. As soon as we got out of the sea we wanted to have lunch in peace and away from the tourist chaos, arrived in a quiet area of ​​Otranto, immersed in the greenery of nature we find among the olive trees and prickly pears the farmhouse in a typical Salento setting! We are welcomed by the owners Giulia and Davide who are very kind and exquisite people who always find the opportunity to talk and share with us experiences and practical advice on our Salento holiday! We ordered appetizers, fish first courses and a good wine! We felt at home here! An oasis full of life and peace! The dishes are delicious, abundant and beautifully decorated! The fresh dishes and vegetables, pasta, honey and everything directly produced by them! All surrounded by a peace and serenity that relaxes the mind and makes us enjoy the beauty of a simple family lunch. Excellent restaurant! From the location to the welcome, genuine food at the right price! If you want to detach your mind from the heaviness of thoughts, this is the right place! P.s. I recommend the fried cod on a bed of sweet and sour onions I'll be back soon!

I chose Tenuta Scirocco to celebrate a happy event with a few relatives and friends. I'll start with a description of the environment, which immediately appeared welcoming and with Mediterranean colors, thanks to the use of yellow sandstone bricks. If you add the pleasant sensation of being in an environment structured on a large single clean, new space, all furnished with taste and without unnecessary frills and with a number of tables proportionate to the room, Tenuta Scirocco prepares the guest to savor the specialties they produce. I found the chosen dishes tasty and well plated, as well as abundant. Some dishes slightly "revitalized" always respecting the typical local cuisine. The exquisite kindness of the staff in the room was the added value of the evening The quality/price ratio was right. It is certainly not the usual place indicated for the tourist looking for a hit-and-run place, in the sense that here you need a bit of time if you want to savour a cuisine truly linked to the Salento culinary tradition.
