Stunning property, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. Rooms equipped with every amenity, and the staff were attentive and, above all, helpful! We needed some relaxation, and I must say that all our expectations were met. Very close to the sea and the main attractions of the area. Highly recommended!

Decent hotel with a large and refurbished room but with bits to fix and a balcony. Breakfast room is unfortunately located 150m away and breakfast is not suitable with no ceramic coffee cups, no pastries, untasty cakes, bad and fill of water juices and no service whatsoever ... definitely not 4 star hotel

I spent a week at the Paladini Hotel, and it was wonderful! The rooms are large, clean, and tastefully decorated; I stayed in the annex. The breakfast was excellent, both sweet and savory, expertly prepared by Paolo. Dinner was delicious, with a wide selection every day, including meat and fish. Samuele, in the dining room, was impeccable! But the real highlight is the owners, Roberta and Roberto, two young people with a real desire to do well and always accommodating our needs with a smile. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back.

24/04/2025: Preciso che questa recensione è frutto di diverse esperienze fatte presso il Vecchio Molo. Locale molto carino ed accogliente. Qualità del cibo eccellente, così come la sua preparazione. Servizio ai tavoli ben organizzato, molto professionale la signora che gestisce la sala, così come coloro che servono ai tavoli. Nelle mie 5 esperienze ho prato quasi tutto il menù e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto, così come gli altri commensali. Ho già prenotato per la prossima esperienza.

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨
05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋
