Very kind local, typical parmigiana top 🫠

Staying at Mantegna, I wanted to explore the surroundings to discover new realities. Relying on the reviews, I'm pretty convinced about the place, too bad that: • Reduced menu • Indecent wine prices Maybe the other formulas work (like aperitif+drink) but for what I took: • Cacio e Pepe salty and horrible, it's literally better than the one from the Lidl jars • Trento DOC Rosé from that so-so winery, accompanied the dish but didn't convey anything to me Staff friendly but otherwise very bad, NSCP P.S.: There are ethnic places that piss you off, try to improve, since you are ROMAN and you should know how to make YOUR cuisine

Beautiful location, excellent service, excellent tapas. I tried the courgette parmigiana, the radicchio candies with gorgonzola and the tomato soup. Correct quality-price ratio.

It is my favourite restaurant in rome. They have amazing food. It all indeed tastes homemade. I've had the lasagne, the pasta and the baked potato and all of them were amazing. I love how the place also becomes like a different restaurant at night, with a completely other card and vibe and all. The only thing I didn't find as great was the breakfast, but it was totally ok. Also the capuccino I have to honestly say is not good, it is way too watery, there's almost no coffee in it. STILL: In my opinion the best restaurant in rome.
