Yesterday we stopped for lunch on our motorcycle. I had the carbonara. Very good and a generous portion. The owner was very friendly. Super!

After 18 years we visited restaurant Holland again and it was a great experience again. We ate an incredibly tasty steak with great stroganoff sauce. For dessert we had a tasting of various desserts, great. Peter and Danielle and staff create a very nice informal atmosphere. The next visit will not take 18 years!

On vacation on Lake Idro, we decide to stop at Holland for lunch: beautiful view, tasty and abundant first courses, super carbonara! Kind and friendly owners, you feel at home 😊 liked it so much that we came back for the last dinner before returning home, excellent second courses and desserts, and also beautiful to look at... After many years we returned to Restaurant Holland. And what a gastronomic decision this was on our holiday! The burrata was simply amazing, the saltimbocca even better and the ultimate, the entrecote was nothing but divine. And besides the food, a nice chat, nothing but perfect table service and a nice, almost homely feeling, so far away from home. Peter and Daniëlle, thank you very much and hopefully see you very soon!

If you enjoy motorcycle travel and happen to be near Lake Idro, you should definitely stop here for a bite to eat!
Located right on the pass road, you can enjoy all the visual and audible impressions of motorcycles roaring past – wonderful! Plus, the view of nearby Lake Idro is simply fantastic.
The delicious homemade food is the icing on the cake, topped off by an always cheerful host who knows how to serve and entertain his guests. By the way: in addition to Italian, German, Dutch, and English are spoken here.
I'll definitely be back 👍👍👍

Dieses Restaurant ist ein absoluter Traum! Schon die Lage mit Blick auf den See…
Das Essen war einfach hervorragend: frisch, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders die Pasta und das Brasato haben uns begeistert. Auch der Wein, den uns der freundliche Service empfohlen hat, passte perfekt zum Essen.
Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und herzlich, man spürt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
