It's definitely different from the classic all-you-can-eat restaurants: the quality here is truly top-notch. It's a refined Asian fusion restaurant, with great attention to raw materials (and finally without the usual omnipresent and often questionable salmon 👍). The owner, who cooks and serves, may seem gruff at first glance, but he's actually passionate and very attentive. He's meticulous about both the way you eat and the quality of the dishes he offers. If the place is busy, it can take a bit longer, but it's absolutely worth it. And the desserts... true works of art, beautiful to look at and surprising to taste.

The sushi and pad thai were very good. The sake deserves a special mention.

Hokra is a place to eat quality, refined, and imaginative food. Massimo is an excellent host. He is an expert and passionate spokesperson and interpreter of refined and sophisticated cuisine. He is meticulous and attentive to his preparation. Everything is homemade, demonstrating his ambition and desire to do well and continually improve. Being alone and taking care of everything himself, the wait is normal... But it's worth it. The price is undoubtedly quite high compared to the "usual sushi" we're used to, but if you want to eat well, you have to spend.
