A wonderful place where you can get to know South Tyrolean cuisine very well and get a fantastic view for free. The people here are very friendly and you feel right at home. The dumplings were very good and so was the wine.

After visiting St. Hippolyth we stopped at the Buschenschank. The sweet dumplings and the bacon dumpling soup are recommended.

Simply magnificent and very authentic. Price performance is perfect. The dumplings are a delight and the house apple juice is a dream!

Class! Ate very tasty (especially the dumplings) :-) Service was really great, dogs welcome. Very quaint, rustic, beer garden and a small "skywalk" ;-) gladly again!

Food and drink was excellent. A highlight is the ancient building, which you don't see every day. Definitely worth a visit even during a hike. The beer garden also looks very inviting. Lovely again

20/11/2024: Mehr als eine Stunde Wartezeit für eine Pizza und das obwohl wir bereits extra für 17.45 Uhr reserviert hatten. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Kind dort und erst nach fast einer Stunde wurden wir über die lange Wartezeit informiert. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir inzwischen eine Kindermahlzeit für den Kleinen bestellt. Als Ausrede kam die Antwort „wir haben viele Kunden die zum abholen kommen“.. Pizza war Ok aber nach so langem Warten reist das auch das Ruder nicht mehr rum.
04/11/2024: The pizzas we had were great and the time we had to wait was incredibly low. I would really recommend to anyone to try this out.

30/09/2024: Long term location. Frequented several times with renovations and adjustments also in wellness. Rooms still improvable. However overall of a good standard.
07/08/2024: Spectacular hotel both outside and inside, both winter and summer. Spectacular rooms and unique atmosphere. The staff is friendly and immediately ready to resolve any problems. The food is excellent at the restaurant. Super recommended place!
