A superb view. Very friendly service. But the prices are simply too high. €7 for a single, extremely hard Kaminwurz (smoked sausage) with a roll is too much.

Great views, excellent food, and warm service—what more could you want from a Buschenschänke (wine tavern)? Definitely worth a stop—whether during a hike or for dinner.

Very nice, rustic wine tavern above Tisens. Beautifully surrounded by vines and a farm. The owners are very accommodating and nice. We had the Burenwurst with bacon dumplings and sauerkraut and the sour beef, both highly recommended. Price-performance perfect. Great place to stop for a break after a strenuous hike!

Beautiful place in the middle of the greenery. Excellent for a snack, in fact unfortunately you can't make a hot meal, but only cured meats, speck, cheeses, pickles and radishes. They also offer the inevitable strudel and chocolate cake. However, the place is truly wonderful!

Quaint restaurant with a great view and very dedicated staff. Delicious asparagus cream soup 😋 and the rest were also very happy with the boards. Great destination for hiking.

08/07/2025: We LOVED this hotel. The rooms were amazing; spacious, clean, large bathroom, views, very clean. Really just wonderful. I strongly recommend both dinner and breakfast. They had a wide choice of very good meals and the service was excellent. The staff was also very helpful. Couldn't ask for anything better.
07/07/2025: Located right in front of the Sassolungo cable car (over 2000m above sea level) The best location with a view of Sassolungo from the hotel (room) The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable and good, and the large windows give a good sense of openness. The wellness area is also good. It is not fancy overall, but I feel that the staff manages it well. The breakfast buffet is good. If I had to pick one drawback, it would be that there is no free bottled water provided to guests, so you have to buy it or buy it at the market. Considering the high-altitude hotel location and the room price, I think there should be at least free bottled water.
