We were at this beautiful Buschenschänke yesterday; a wonderful atmosphere with South Tyrolean flair...very, very good food, friendly hosts...it was an unforgettable evening...we would love to come back.

A very, very nice little restaurant. Friendly service. The food was delicious. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the warm raspberry spritzer. But there are worse things... we'd love to come back!

What a wonderful place for a rest. Away from the tourist crowds and with a magnificent view of the valley to Brixen, the Aichnerhof impresses with its unfussy South Tyrolean cuisine, fresh and homemade, making it very authentic and delicious, as well as offering excellent value for money and portion sizes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (we were there by bike). It was a Sunday afternoon, yet (surprisingly) there were only a few guests, making the atmosphere correspondingly quiet and tranquil. After a week in South Tyrol, with daily refreshments, my wife and I agreed: This was our favorite place!

A fantastic place! The view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, as well as the beautiful inn, are worth a visit. But the culinary experience is the highlight here: there are many diverse and traditional dishes that impress above all in one thing: the power of simple yet perfect preparation! All the dishes were impressive across the board, and the changing menu with seasonal and regional dishes is fantastic! The friendly service also impressed us. We would love to come back on our next vacation!

Welcoming place and quality food. The owners are very nice and friendly. The only downside is that they only accept cash, but it's worth it, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to try amazing speck and fantastic first courses. After a few years, I returned, and everything is as it was before. It was worth coming back.
