A traditional inn with excellent (mostly traditional Tyrolean) food. Very friendly. Highly recommended. One of the best farm inns I know.

Farmhouse serving traditional local cuisine in San Leonardo, not far from Bressanone; dinner was booked.
The exterior offers a particularly picturesque view of Bressanone and the entire valley; enjoying this view at sunset was a true privilege.
You can reach the farm by car, then park in one of the spaces available for guests.
Inside, the restaurant is very welcoming, with typical regional furnishings, mostly in wood. Noteworthy details also testify to the building's age.
For dinner, we followed the Törggelen menu, so we tried soups, pasta dishes, meat with various side dishes, chestnuts, and desserts. (You can see numerous photos in the attachment.)
All the dishes we tried were very popular and gave us the feeling of experiencing authentic local cuisine! The soups were a pleasant surprise, so much flavor in such a simple dish. The stuffed pasta (forgive me the name!), homemade from scratch, is a typical comfort-zone dish, a guaranteed success!
The main course with meat was a feast for the eyes and the palate, and the various side dishes were all interesting and well-executed.
Simplicity, flavor, tradition... All the courses seem to echo these words!
To finish, we were given plenty of chestnuts to savor and a dessert, a sort of rolled and stuffed crepe.
We left feeling super full and super happy.
The staff were friendly and helpful, both with Italian-speaking customers and the majority of German-speaking ones.
The bill was also a pleasant surprise; I've rarely found such good value for money in other mountain resorts.
If you have a car to get here, I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful inn for Törggelen. We received a very warm welcome. The Törggelen menu was truly excellent, and the drinks were also very good.

The hosts made us feel like part of the family, and you could feel the love and passion that went into preparing the dishes. We were introduced to the Törggelen tradition, and for that we are very grateful – real people, real tradition, real food. Unforgettable.

As a large group of friends, we meet at a different location each year for Törggelen (a traditional South Tyrolean autumn feast), and this year we chose the Aichnerhof farm tavern.
After this experience, we probably won't be changing locations in the future, as we've rarely had such an incredibly wonderful experience.
From the superb food and excellent wine to the incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive service, absolutely nothing was less than perfect.
It's truly amazing how even special requests, such as vegetarian and lactose-free diets, were handled so naturally and with such care. Normally, in such cases, you'd just be served some kind of frozen vegetable, but here the team was incredibly attentive to each individual, considering what they might enjoy and creating or modifying dishes to ensure they were a perfect fit.
The atmosphere was excellent. Not too big, not too small, and the perfect Törggelen ambiance.
We're already booking for next year and can wholeheartedly recommend the Aichnerhof.

The food was truly delicious and reasonably priced, too. Everything was homemade with love – you could taste the quality and freshness in every bite. A truly cozy atmosphere and honest, down-to-earth cooking – absolutely recommended!

After a 1.5-hour climb, there was unfortunately no room. But what was really great was that we got a spot outside. Glorious sunshine and the very best, truly delicious South Tyrolean speck, cheese, and Schüttel bread. Five stars for food and service.
