The station is not brand new but all in all functional. Even if it does not have the visual impact of Centrale, it is well connected (metro M2, trams and buses) and quite easy to reach. It has 12 platforms, with many regional and suburban trains, so it is especially useful for commuters and students. Inside there are the essential services: ticket office, bar, newsstand and bathrooms (paid but well kept). The structure is a bit dated in some parts, even if the modern terminal designed by Gardella in the 90s gives it an extra touch. Perhaps more raised platforms would be needed, but for the rest, a positive experience. Practical station, without too many pretensions.
