Good Japanese restaurant in Pesaro. They've inherited the teachings of Japanese chef Kentaro. I don't think there are any Japanese working there anymore. It's good, but it's not the same as before.

Intimate and refined atmosphere. Amazing and superb food. The salmon tartare? What can I say...I dreamed about it the whole week after. Fresh and delicious food, and very kind staff. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.
