Excellent food, but the service is a bit slow due to only two waiters (though they were quick and friendly). Excellent sushi.

Hiro is a great place; I've always eaten there very well, and it's never disappointed me. The service was excellent, and the place was nice and welcoming. I'd been told it had gotten worse, but honestly, that's not the case for me. In my experience, I've always had a great time.

I've been a customer for a long time; I organized a birthday party at this restaurant, and the staff was incredibly kind, even preparing the decorations. The fish is top-notch (don't listen to the gratuitous criticisms of "quick eaters"). The service is excellent. I know the restaurant well and can highly recommend it if you love Asian cuisine. Enjoy your stay.

Nagoya sushi Restaurant (Pistoia)

01/01/2026: Good, well-cooked food. There isn't much choice in the all-inclusive lunch package.
10/12/2025: I went there in January 2024 with my girlfriend when I was on vacation nearby. The food was truly excellent, the all-you-can-eat menu was very good, and the wait time was decent, especially since it didn't seem to be too crowded. The only flaw was perhaps the ambiance, which didn't leave much room for privacy, and even though the nicest part of the restaurant is open, they don't let you sit there (perhaps intended for those who choose the restaurant menu?). But the best thing, at least when we went, was THE SOY SAUCE. I don't know how they make it, but I SWEAR I could drink it on its own and it didn't disgust me; it was so good, I've never found it anywhere else, unfortunately 😿😿😿😿
