Hinode Sushi 3 In Arcore

I had dinner at this restaurant last night for the first time. A pleasant discovery. The restaurant isn't very large, but the tables are well-arranged to make the most of the space. I found the food quite varied, featuring fresh fish... Good. The restaurant was full, but all the waiters were really kind and helpful. Perhaps I should revise the paper menus, which are rather worn and incomplete. Otherwise, it was a good experience... Definitely worth repeating. Thanks for the welcome!!!

I went there today by chance because I'm not from the area. On a Sunday lunch, even though we didn't book, we didn't have to wait. The restaurant is small with simple furnishings, but I like it that way. There are just a few tables, but they're very attentive, and I didn't see anything that would imply their cleanliness. The staff were very efficient; I was there for almost two hours and didn't see them take a breath. I'm nostalgic, but I love the handwritten menu and orders. I'm the only one in the family who doesn't eat sushi, and the selection of alternative dishes is more limited than the competition, but it's adequate. I don't have a refined palate; I eat because I'm hungry, and everything tasted good to me. The bill seemed too low; in my opinion, overall, you deserve a little more.

Five stars because I found this restaurant to be well-informed about allergens. I'd love to return.

The restaurant isn't very large, but it's still welcoming. The food is good quality and they have a wide variety; in fact, it's hard to find eel, raw shrimp, and scallops nigiri in the area. The coti are also good quality. A must try, even for takeout!
