EVERYTHING VERY GOOD THE PLACE VERY WELCOMING AND STAFF VERY KIND

Really relaxing environment and with those soft lights that I love so much, it seems to be in a small castle, really good food for me and I liked everything except the spicy ones where in my opinion there was too much spicy sauce, beyond that I liked it and if I'll come back again one day, I'll definitely stop there, great experience, fresh and tasty fish and an excellent choice of everything.

Very convenient and fast service thanks also to the tablets installed on the tables from which you can choose and order dishes. As for the quality of the food I would say it is without infamy or praise, the only thing I didn't like very much was the fact that the uramaki rice wasn't very compact and as soon as they were grabbed with chopsticks they fell apart

Last night my family of 5 and I went here to eat. What can I say... everything was excellent and of good quality. Friendly staff, helpful and fast. Very nice and clean location. I will definitely return during my next holiday

I have been a regular customer for years now, I have always had a good time, but in the last 3/4 times I have encountered problems with the staff... I wouldn't have wanted to put a review for this, because even yesterday I tried to change my mind about the staff, but I have to say which was even worse than the previous times. We arrive around 9.50pm (?) I enter from the back of the restaurant and ask the waitress if a table for 4 was possible (there were only 3 tables occupied in the whole restaurant), she asks me if I have booked and I answer no. He mutters something to his colleague who laughs and goes, I think, into the kitchen. She takes the menus and shows me a table in an undefined point of the room... whereupon, I specifically ask her if it was possible to sit at the table where now, with my family, we have often sat for years (there have always been 4 of us)... she replies "It's set for 3, there won't be 4 of us and in any case there won't be space for the dishes" I smile at her and tell her that, as always, we would have eaten little and therefore that table was fine... immediately the doubt arises in my mind and I tell her " if it's booked, it doesn't matter, we'll sit somewhere else" and she continues to insist that she can't because "it's not booked, but there are only 3 seats", to which I reply again asking if it was possible to add a seat , seeing as we've been there other times, they were two tables joined together, with four chairs... I don't understand where the problem is(?) humanly I can understand the tiredness, I'm a waitress too, it's been my job for 3 years, but beyond the tiredness, the heaviness of this job, the customer must be treated well and at least with the minimum of a smile... I won't dwell further and I didn't give 1 star just because it's a place I've been going to for years, the food is excellent and the owner is a very good person, attentive to the needs of all customers and very present in the room during service to see if everything is going well, so it doesn't deserve to lose so much just for the staff who have so much to learn... the cuisine is excellent and the dishes arrive at the right time.

Prima volta. Ci abbiamo “ sbattuto “ per caso e voluto provare. Le nostre esperienze in tutta la provincia di Lecce di post con cucina Giapponese sono davvero vacanti di buon cibo almeno “ simile” al Giap. Devo dire che tra quelli provati mi ha fatto esprimere un giudizio più che sufficiente. Alcuni piatti buoni, salmone che finalmente ha sapore di salmone , servizio attento almeno a pranzo quando i tavoli occupati non erano moltissimi. Comodo parcheggio privato, struttura molto bella e iena di luce sia dentro che fuori. Da migliorare la qualità del tonno e quella dell, Avicado ma tutto sommato una esperienza positiva. Ed in un mondo di ciechi chi ha un occhio solo è un Profeta. Speriamo di aver trovato quello giusto e proprio a Nardó dove non c’è lo aspettavamo. Torniamo presto

It's not "all you can eat!". Nice environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff, shame about the "max 6 dishes per person" limit. So it's an "almost all you can eat". We rushed to have lunch and order because the kitchen was closing.
