Nice place, young and well-trained staff, excellent dishes

Dining on the terrace overlooking the walls is truly unique. We drank excellent wine and enjoyed the pizzas.

Excellent food, fresh and high-quality (especially the fish). Beautiful location, very intimate with soft lighting and background music, perfect for a romantic dinner. The staff who served us were very helpful and kind, as well as professional despite their young age. The owner was attentive and responsive to our needs. Well done, I recommend it!

A truly beautiful and characteristic place thanks to the possibility of sitting down and having an aperitif or dinner with a view of the city walls in the summer, or inside during the colder months where the warmth of the carefully designed furnishings will be an excellent setting for the dinner that awaits you. The staff is truly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and the quality of the products is very high. I always gladly return to Herb because every now and then, a treat for the palate is a must!

When I have the chance I stop here where I always find a nice intimate and refined environment. Excellent dishes and a beautiful and romantic atmosphere.

Overall a great location (practically inside the walls surrounding the citadel), easy and close parking. The setting is scenic and the quality of the environment is fabulous. The staff is friendly and young. The dishes are very well-prepared and delicious. The 3 stars because we could not order another round of dishes - because they did not warn us / give us the opportunity to order before the kitchen closed (there were 6 of us who arrived with a reservation at 9:30 pm - the kitchen closes at 10 pm). I am updating my review in May 2025: The cocktail bar is no longer there. Upon request they made us a version of the Moscow mule - which is overrated in terms of the cost per drink. The waiting staff is prepared, kind and friendly, however the food does not live up to the advertised prices. Some dishes arrived cold, the fish had bones (big ones) and scales, the egg was missing from the plate with the egg (then they told us that while putting it on the plate, the egg had broken and therefore melted under the foam). The bottle of water had crumbs of something floating in it. We spent more than €500 in 10 for an average culinary experience.

Amazing location, modern and natural furnishings that create atmosphere, excellent cuisine (as far as I'm concerned the vegan part) with dishes with top ingredients and dressage that is not at all obvious, all well blended with the attentive and impeccable service! An experience that I recommend and that I will do again with pleasure!! And in a town that is worth a visit!!!!

Stratospheric location. Eating on the walls is priceless. Excellent food given the excellent raw materials.

Nice and intimate place. Excellent pizza, both in terms of leavening and ingredients. Somewhat distracted staff, one employee slammed the door on my chair every time she passed, and she passed many times and justified herself by saying "I forget". Meh. I understand that the staff have to go home but at 10pm practically throwing us out of the club seems exaggerated to me. Obviously it wasn't a Friday night but a Wednesday but this doesn't justify the attitude.
