Top focaccia in the historic center of Varazze, with friendly and fast staff. €15/kg for the classic version and €20/kg for the others. The cheese version is spectacular, but the regular version is addictive too. A must-try if you're in the area!

Abbiamo scelto questo posto per le recensioni trovate su TripAdvisor e la disponibilità oraria che, in tarda fascia ora di pranzo, non lasciava grande margine di scelta vista la rapidità con cui chiudono gli esercizi commerciali. Posto carinissimo e personale accogliente e gentile, con possibilità di acquistare e mangiare sia all interno del negozio che nei tavoli adiacenti al locale. La varietà delle focacce proposte permette di averne per tutti i gusti ed esigenze, il costo assolutamente equo, la bontà dei prodotti una meraviglia! Concludendo, anche se fosse stato tutto aperto, avremmo comunque scelto questo posto... Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Clienti fedeli da anni per la focaccia migliore di sempre, in tutte le versioni. Piace pure a Max e Giorgetto che mangerebbero solo quello. Colonna sonora di accompagnamento di livello

05/10/2023: I think it's one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. I go there every time I return to Ischia.
28/09/2023: Fabulous setting and great food giving a modern slant on classics. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, we opted for one of the fish based menus, each dish was excellent and elegantly presented, the risotto was gorgeous! Of course you pay considerably more than the norm for this innovative and delicate cooking with great views but it was worth it for a special treat!
