One of the best sushi in Rome and surrounding areas. Excellent quality of raw meats (I recommend all their tartares and carpaccios), rice not at all chewy, sashimi of a freshness never seen before, in addition to the fact that - whatever dish you order - you can eat divinely! The starters are also all very good. I highly recommend coming back several times to slowly taste the entire menu.
