Discovered by chance, we had a great time. Very nice environment, innovative and delicious food, very kind waiters. We were the only ones dressed for the mountains because we were returning from a trip... but no one made us feel out of place. The Jerusalem artichoke and cocoa bean risotto is amazing. Correct price.

I booked at the last moment and they still welcomed me. Really nice place, nice and clean. The cuisine is a real surprise, all really delicious and of a high standard. If I really had to find something that clashed with everything else: the bread, truly anonymous. But they make up for it with the very high level of cuisine. Well done!!!

Discovered a bit by chance...intrigued by a high-sounding name...benevolent fate took me to dine in this wonderful place... Refined and friendly environment at the same time... Delicious dishes with the right mix of flavours, expertly presented and prepared by a nice group of "friends"... Absolutely worth trying and trying again... well done...

Ampio ristorante nell’antica fabbrica di ceramiche. Tartare di coniglio su caponata. Tajarin ai funghi freschi o al castelmagno su letto dí spinaci veramente ottimi. Tiramisù ai persi pien. Servizio cortese e rapido. Frequentato. Qualche scorrazamento di bambini ma la colpa è dei genitori. Nel complesso molto buono. Ritornerò

L'indicazione "regia....." credevo fosse azzardata, ho dovuto ricredermi. Situato in un luogo con vista splendida, in un contesto restaurato con grande sensibilità. Locale molto accogliente come i titolari ed il personale. Servizio accurato, cibi di qualità molto ben presentati. Un locale da segnalare a chi vuole trovare qualità e cortesia . Prezzi corretti per il luogo.

02/12/2024: Located in Bosia, it is a nice restaurant/tavern where you can find classic traditional Piedmontese dishes, with some Lombard influences (such as casoncelli or polenta taragna from Brescia). There is also the possibility of tasting Alta Langa cheeses (also with the possibility of purchasing). The wine list is decent. Informal service, average prices.
