Hasu In Alba

Compared to many years ago, when it was a real Japanese restaurant, it's changed a lot, especially in terms of the quality, which has deteriorated. Overall, however, it's still a good all-you-can-eat sushi place, even if it's not the best in Alba.

My wife and I always go there. Delicious sushi made with the freshest ingredients. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel completely pampered. Highly recommended, undoubtedly the best!

All you can eat of good quality with classic dishes plus some variations. I found the Nigiri Unagi (with eel) that I love and that are rarely offered by an ayce. On the menu there are many combinations for the Uramaki, some particular ones like scampi and green apple. I appreciated the wine list, extensive for an ayce and of a decent level. For the service I gave 3 stars because at a certain point there was no more room on the table to eat (I understand the rush to serve but I can't hold the plates in my arms) and for the service of the white wine without the bag to keep it cool (I don't expect a glacette). The environment is well-kept, clean, characterized by lots of artificial vegetation and exposed brick walls, in an underground place in the center of Alba.

only small negative note: it has very few vegetarian options, but this is already predictable from the menu published online. for the rest everything is excellent
