We arrived in Merano during the day, we immediately found the restaurant and we weren't too happy with the choice, but after ordering we changed our minds. Great food, wonderful and friendly service. The only flaw is the coffee but you can ignore it

It was a really, really nice interaction in a really, really authentic atmosphere. We had a wonderful lunch and were completely satisfied. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant. We had absolutely delicious pasta, dumplings and spaetzle with a classic ending - tiramisu and espresso. Mega delicious. We've rarely had it this good before. Absolute top. We'd love to come back.

Welcoming restaurant and very friendly staff (we asked for a dish to close the kitchen and they satisfied our request anyway). The off-menu with sausage, shoulder, cheek and pork belly with speck dumpling and sauerkraut was S-P-E-T-T-A-C-O-L-A-R-E. The spinach spätzle with melted butter is truly exceptional. Not to mention the trio of dumplings, tasty and melting in your mouth, with a side salad and I challenge you to make a salad as memorable as they did. Compliments!

Locale abbastanza piccolo, spesso non si trova posto. Servizio gentile ed è efficiente. Tutto quello che noi abbiamo ordinato è stato molto buono. Se non mangiate troppo dividete i piatti. Servizi igienici molto puliti. Prezzi nella media di Mer.ano ovvero non economico

05/01/2025: Nei pressi di Caldaro si trova questo elegante ristorante, scoperto per caso. Il ristorante dispone di molti coperti all’esterno, ideali per un pranzo primaverile o autunnale. Le sedute, gli interni ed i piatti stessi sono piacevolmente raffinati. Anche la cantina dei vini è ottima. La cosa che più ci ha colpito sono stati indubbiamente i piatti. Il personale è attentissimo sulle intolleranze e vi saprà guidare sui vari piatti con gli aggiustamenti del caso. Hanno anche un buonissimo pane senza glutine. Noi abbiamo provato il risotto e la tagliata. Entrambi divini. Da tornare senza dubbio.
02/01/2025: A pearl on Lake Kaltern! We celebrated our civil wedding in the Seehofkeller and can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant. All wishes were taken into account, the food was incredibly delicious and the view of Lake Kaltern is truly beautiful. We will definitely come back!

09/02/2025: Fantastic location, very welcoming owner and highly professional staff (Roby), unquestionably EXCELLENT food also considering that 80% of the products are made by them. Price up to expectations. 10+
19/01/2025: The restaurant in the eponymous district of Pichl in the Gsieser Valley has a somewhat outdated appearance in one place or another. If you put that aside, you can expect a culinary journey at a high level at comparatively affordable prices! The greeting from the kitchen gave us an idea that an evening full of enjoyment awaited us. The following courses left no questions unanswered in terms of taste. The service fits the hearty South Tyrolean mentality. The only thing that should be given is some time to linger between the individual courses. We would love to come back and look forward to our next visit!
