Schnitzel is great, prepared in the pan as it should be. Clear recommendation also for the service: casual, warm and yet professional. Absolutely outstanding that evening.

I was there yesterday with my girlfriend. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The schnitzel and the Hugo tasted very tasty. Nice ambience and location in the middle of Merano. Would come back at any time.

Had lunch in this place during the holiday in Merano. The Wiener Schnitzel is excellent as are the dumplings. Very welcoming and attentive service. Fair price for the location in the center of Merano. Definitely recommended if you are in the area and want to eat typical food while spending the right amount.

The food and service were good, but we were charged €25 for half a liter of open wine (!!!). ALWAYS state the price when recommending!!!

Die Mitarbeitenden strahlen sehr viel positive Energie aus. Man sitzt in der Gasse sehr angenehm und kann bestens entspannen. Die Spätzle könnten einen Ticken raffinierter gewürzt sein- alles in allem empfehlen wir dieses Restaurant.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante guardando sui vari siti. Scelta molto buona, il personale è molto gentile e accogliente, sopratutto la ragazza, il cibo molto buono, spatzle ottimi e i canederli i migliori mai mangiati, era un tris, quelli rossi erano super. Peccato che nell' insalata di cavolo cappuccio c'erano i semi di finocchio. Prezzi nella norma. Il posto è carino, un po' penalizzato dal cantiere nella via antistante

28/08/2024: Culinary delights in the Fink Restaurant. Everything is just right here. Clean, well-groomed appearance, friendly service staff, good selection of food and drinks. The dishes are well combined and of outstanding quality. Price-performance level excellent.

Excellent cuisine, original and regional ingredients, excellent service (extra point!) and the loving decoration of the tables is also a feast for the eyes. 21/08/2024: Food was delicious and well plated. The wine that the server recommended was also very nice. Great dinner choice!
17/07/2024: Very warm, attentive hosts and service. Our meal was, from the first bite to the last, an outstanding delicacy. The dessert looked so beautiful that I had to pause for a few minutes before I was ready to “destroy” it.
