Famous for its Bellini drink, I didn't find anything special about the place itself, it's the drink.
The atmosphere is a very traditional bar in the style of a London pub. Nothing special.

A classy spot, and a must-visit if you're traveling to Venice. The service is excellent and the bellini is delicious!

Iconic place to go to, but when they charge you €26 for an old-fashioned, it’s a little excessive. Glad I came for one drink, but I would not frequent.

Iconic bars where we enjoyed a Bellini. It’s not cheap but more than happy to pay to soak up the atmosphere.
Unfortunately a couple had a young child with them who was watching something on a phone, with the volume up!
I guess the parents think that acceptable behaviour but it was a bit distracting and not really appropriate. We were surprised the staff didn’t politely ask them to turn the volume down/phone off.
It didn’t ruin our experience but it was annoying.

Well, if you're in Venice, you should definitely stop by this iconic, historic venue. Let's be clear: if you don't have time, you won't be wasting much. The name (with locations around the world) has been a household name for decades. Many illustrious names have passed through here. Everything has remained the same since the very beginning...and it shows.
Let's say right away that the courtesy and professionalism of the staff are unquestionable and top-notch (and I'd also like to see what they leave with).
The cuisine is remarkable (as are the prices), and the dishes served are generous.
As for the aperitifs (their "famous" Bellini), accompanied by "2" (of which there are) olives, we're not entirely satisfied, especially considering the very (very) high price you'll pay. But then again, you're at Harry's Bar, and everything tastes different...even the "2" olives... ;-)
It's fine that you're at Cipriani's in Venice, but everything has its limits. The place is small, noisy, and the tables are too close together, even though they're cleverly arranged. There's practically no outside view. You can also eat on the ground floor; the restaurant rooms are upstairs, but it doesn't change much, perhaps just a little quieter, but only a little.
Is it worth it? But yes, but know that you will pay dearly for the name it carries with it, the rest will instead leave a bitter taste in your mouth and your wallet certainly (much) emptier... try it: once you leave, think of it as having been in an "anonymous" place, don't focus on the fame of the name... are you satisfied?... ;-)
Bar area was undewhelming.underwhelming. Bellini was tasty but definitely not worth 22 euros/glass!

Step into history, where the Bellini began... lovely staff. Small Bellini for €22 but hey, I love to go when in Venice. A treat.

A historic gem with a story to match. We came for drinks only, and the Bellinis — Harry’s signature — were nothing short of extraordinary. Olives came alongside, a simple but perfect touch. The place is intimate and cozy, with as many attentive staff as there were guests. Watching the mixologist work was a pleasure in itself — a level of craft we hadn’t quite seen before. Bar seating is highly recommended for the full experience. Not for the budget-conscious, but absolutely worth it for a taste of living history.
The only downside? No photos allowed — a shame when you’re dying to document it for your review!

Having read the story of this place, we had to visit. It was carnival time so disturbingly busy. But staff nice and pleasant, drinks good. Of course pricey but been to a landmark and enjoyed it. This place cud be lovely when its not too busy. We didn’t eat but the food looked stunning
