The food was ok but a bit too expensive for the quality. However, this can be tolerated in Venice. The location and the service were very good. In terms of price/performance, the Messi menu is very convincing!

Best Hard Rock we have ever been. Great food. American style AC. Great collection with important artists items. Gentleman that attend to us was top. Great great service from everyone. Also one of the best stores of the Hard Rock.

Everything excellent!! Excellent quality of food, very kind staff, the boy who served us, Alessandro, welcomed us with the utmost kindness, friendliness and professionalism! Very beautiful and pleasant environment 👏🏻 We will return as soon as we have the opportunity to return to Venice!

We ate here as a family. The young woman who showed us to the table was pretty annoyed, even though she tried to suppress it. The waiter (Nicola) was even better. Incredibly friendly, you really had the feeling he loved his job! One star deducted for the food because the ribs were only lukewarm. The children praised them. Overall, everything was very tasty.

07/12/2024: I must admit this turned out to be quite a positive surprise! I needed a quick bite to sustain me through the last leg of a fairly long trip. I hadn't had tramezzini in a long time and Bontà offered quite a good selection. The display though didn't look too appealing. Condensation on the glass made it hard to see. Plus many tramezzini were covered by part napkins. But then the real test, the eating, was very positive. I would have happily had a second one if I didn't have dinner waiting for me. The bartender was very gentle once I could get her attention. The first attempt to do so wasn't very fruitful as she was fully focused on talking with a friend and ignored the fact that I was waiting at the counter. I had to come back a few mins later to finally be able to order.
