Walked in with out a reservation, and was told it would be a 40 minute, but I was parked at the embassy across the street, we were about to try to find another dining option when Matthew told us that we, would have a table and took us and seated us within 5 minutes.
The food was good and the atmosphere was amazing, I’m a gen Xer so the music touched my soul.
Recommend getting there early as parking can be a nightmare in the heart of Rome, but the place is worth the visit.
Thanks again to Matteo for help out a redneck in Rome with no clue I had to make reservations at the Hard Rock

Okay, but unfortunately they messed up one of the meals and the rest of us had finished our meals by the time my son got his food. They did apologise for the error at least.

Wow, everything is excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing, and there is an employee who helped us choose the order because we are Muslims. If you get nachos, order them without beans.

We have been to many Hard Epck Cafés. My first visit was to Lima in Peru in 1999 (probably no longer exists).
Many came…London, Amsterdam, Vienna, Cape Town,…. and Rome is one of the better Hard Rock Cafés.
The staff was very, very friendly and attentive.
The food here was also better than in other countries.
Highly recommended as a change from pasta and pizza.

Excellent Hard Rock Cafe, with the regular high standards of food and service. The restaurant is located a few minutes away from the Cappuccin crypts

Merci a GIAMPAOLO pour ton accueil et ton dynamisme.
Tu as su nous conseiller et nous orienter pour faire de notre passage au Hard Rock une de nos plus belles experience sur Rome, et dans un Français excellent en plus !
Nous y avons pris l’aperitif et n’avons pas ete deçus de nos choix.
Le cadre est agreable et typique des Hard Rock et ca sera avec plaisir d’y retourner lors d’un prochain sejour.
