The bartender at the Hard Rock Cafe, as you know, made me taste drinks I was not familiar with, which influenced my choice, thank you.

Always a good place worldwide. The food is okay and nothing special by any standard. The drinks are too expensive, but normal for a Hard Rock Cafe. But it's never a disappointment, the same everywhere, which is always good to know. Be sure to check out the art exhibitions, which vary worldwide.

Everything is worthy of the Hard Rock Cafe name. Quality and satisfying food, a pleasant and beautifully decorated atmosphere, and friendly staff.

I've been a customer for years and returned last night with my family. The atmosphere and service are always impeccable and top-notch. The only disappointment was finding two small bones in my chicken taco. The waitress was immediately kind and helpful, so much so that she even gave us a discount on the bill. I hope they'll be more considerate next time, because in my place there could have been a child like my daughter.

He was friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were promptly met. His swift service added to the welcoming vibe of the establishment, making us feel well taken care of throughout our meal. The food was solidly in line with the expectations of a well-known restaurant chain. While I found the nachos somewhat underwhelming, lacking the bold flavors I hoped for, the rest of the menu held promise. The ambiance was lively and vibrant, which is characteristic of the Hard Rock brand, which made for an enjoyable atmosphere in which to enjoy our lunch. In summary, while there were a few culinary missteps, the overall experience at Hard Rock Hotel Roma left me liking the vibe and atmosphere. It’s an excellent stop for those looking to escape the heat and enjoy a meal in a fun setting.

Amazing place, they welcomed us very well. We had lunch with a sandwich and a salad, everything delicious but my 10 goes to the service. Top waitress, Houda. I would go back just for her education and how she welcomed us.

I put all 5 stars but final judgment 4 because I have been a customer for many years, excellent staff, food items but monotonous and expensive menu. and lacking in vegetarian dishes. In addition, the shop in recent years has increased prices a lot.
