When it's open to the public, all the staff are welcoming. It's a shame that the afternoon opening time (3:30 PM) posted on the glass door isn't accurate. I waited for a coffee and was told from inside that it wasn't open. P.S. The coffee is good, as are the sweet and savory treats.
