09/01/2025: We had lunch here and everything was very delicious. The food really stands out: well prepared, delicious and with adequate portions. The system is simple, they take your order, they call you when it is ready and you pick it up yourself, something practical and fast. The only drawback was the small space and that it was full. Many people finished eating and left their plates on the tables, but no one came to pick them up. This caused dirty dishes to accumulate and tables to not be immediately available, saturating the place with people waiting standing. I'm not sure if there was a lack of workers or if the concept is like that, but a little more attention to service would have made the experience even better. Despite this, I would return for the quality of the food, which was excellent.

05/01/2025: Delicious hot chocolate and Nutella crepes made this café the perfect cozy retreat on a rainy day. A must-visit in Florence—we can’t wait to return!
