We ate at Hanami on a Saturday night; the atmosphere is very elegant and refined. The service appears good, but sometimes dishes marked as delivered aren't actually delivered, and they have to be reordered, causing confusion at the table. In terms of speed, you can't beat a packed house on a Saturday night. The food is okay, but given the price, I expected something more refined and unique.

I completely appreciate the atmosphere of the place, not too bright and not too dark, the food is delicious, there's no doubt about it, I've never eaten so well. Above all, the service was impeccable in every way, kind and helpful with everything.

Excellent food...but biblical times

I love it, o think is. The best all you can eat I have tried!! I love it because you can choose a lot of different dishes, even noodle with pistachios. Strong recommend

I tried the restaurant last Saturday, and I can't be 100% satisfied with the experience. The food was very good, but customer service needs work. Not all the waiters speak Italian well, so you have to wait for the competent staff to get clarification. During the evening, we ordered several dishes, and some didn't arrive or took over an hour to arrive. Of course, given how busy it was, that's understandable to a certain extent, but I did notice several people who had ordered at 9:30 PM and still hadn't received their order at 11 PM. That said, it was a pleasant experience; the atmosphere is gorgeous, comfortable, and well-lit. There's room for improvement, but I think it could become an excellent restaurant.

New restaurant, fast and friendly service. The dishes were well-prepared and perhaps the tastiest compared to other restaurants in the area. The owner was friendly... in addition to the usual packets of cookies, he also offered me a small drink.
