Friendly staff explains the food and ingredients with dedication. Dishes are more than decent and well presented, even vegetarian diners were able to have lunch without problems. The desserts are worthy of note, delicate and delicious, in addition to the liqueur offered by the house at the end of the meal. The idea of ​​motivational cards to be affixed to the branches of the reproduction of the typical Japanese cherry tree (sakura) at the entrance is nice.

All it takes is one table and you struggle to listen to whoever is in front of you. Menu with few dishes but that's an advantage. I recommend the Wagyu skewers to start with. Wide choice of Ramen, there are a couple listed as "very spicy": they are but nothing fiery, so to speak. And then you have the feeling that they are homemade and the portions are not the gigantic ones that you can't finish even if there are 10 of you. It opened recently and you can often find it on The Fork, I recommend you take advantage of this benefit. The conclusion of the card to fill out and hang on the tree is nice. Advised.
