Hamerica's In Bologna

honestly, it’s. really good place for a burger. we ate hamerica’s food two times - one time through glovo, and another time in a restaurant. both of the times we enjoyed our smash burgers. the prices are not low, however the portions are huge. so for a 14-15€ you can get full for a couple of hours. recommend :)

Excellent experience. I had the special Valentine's Day sandwich and the sweet potato fries as an appetizer: everything was really good and beautifully presented. The place is very clean, including the restrooms (which is not a given), and the service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and the quality of the products was excellent. I would gladly return.

The manhattan was amazing I chose bacon and ceddar fries instead of the normal ones and they were delicious My plate was 100% empty when i wad done Food arrived pretty fast 10/10 would eat here again

I went to Hamerica's with a group of friends and we were absolutely delighted! We started with the appetizers, and they were truly excellent... the sandwiches were also very good and unique. Overall, good value for money. Highly recommended for anyone craving a properly made burger in the center of Bologna.

I like this place and the burgers are very good. Last Sunday I arrived during the listed opening hours, but it was closed. I went to the glass door and tried to get their attention; no one came to explain, and I had to call to get clarification. This kind of miscommunication should not happen with customers, and it was not very polite. I hope this improves.

A lovely discovery. During our stay in Bologna, we wanted to treat ourselves to a good burger for one evening, a break from the traditional Bolognese fare. We chose this place both for its excellent reviews and its proximity to the B&B where we were staying. We had two truly excellent burgers, accompanied by equally excellent fried foods as an appetizer. A pleasant surprise, discovered on site, was the presence of a sort of loyalty card: it allows you to accumulate points for free gifts and, on certain days of the week, to take advantage of events, discounts, and promotions. For example, one of their sandwiches is free on your birthday; in our case, since we were there on a Sunday, we were treated to a delicious New York cheesecake. It's a shame this chain isn't available in my city. Finally, a special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind.

I was strolling through the streets of Bologna and accidentally stumbled upon this chain. At first glance, it seemed like the usual American fare, but the menu and cozy bar atmosphere piqued my interest. Excellent menu, brilliant, super-helpful staff, especially the two young men in their twenties. Truly quality products and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special mention for the sweet potatoes. I don't want to return for the usual tortellini and tagliatelle, but for this magical place that takes you on a wonderful gastronomic journey.

I went today for the event and loved the fries. The burgers were delicious; it would be even better if they also had milkshakes and if they asked which fries you wanted with your burger in case you didn't like the ones that came with it. Delicious, I'll definitely be back.

The staff was very kind and always available, which I really appreciated. The food was good, but not overly so, and overall decent, although unfortunately we had to wait a while for our food to be served. One downside was the payment: I had called earlier to ask if it was possible to pay with Satispay and was confirmed as such, but once I got to the cashier, I was told it wasn't working. I had to wait about 15 minutes to see if the issue was resolved and in the end I had to pay in cash. If I hadn't had paper money with me, it would have been a real hassle. Overall, a good experience, but this inconvenience ruined the experience somewhat. Oh, and also: the food is decent, but the price is definitely too high for what's offered. The portions are average, and the dishes don't justify the price tag. Overall, the value for money is disappointing and doesn't meet expectations.
