Hamerica's - Santo Stefano is a place located in the heart of Bologna, with an attractive aesthetic both inside and outside, which makes you want to stop. The menu offers delicious sandwiches, with quality ingredients and interesting flavours, at average prices for the area. Even if it is not the best burger place I have tried, it remains a valid choice for those looking for a tasty and quick meal in the city centre. The service is courteous and the environment relaxed, perfect for a lunch break or an informal dinner. Great option if you are in the area

On 12/31/2024 I spent an excellent evening with my children and friends at Hamerica's, we had a great meal. The dishes were delicious and we were all more than satisfied with the dishes we ordered. Excellent food, a clean, elegant and welcoming place. An exceptional service. And considering that it was the last one of the year they were very honest with the price we paid. Truly beyond expectations. You are fantastic. Thank you so much we had a wonderful evening😃. Thank you so much ♥️.

- [ ] my friend and I, restaurant experts, went for New Year's Eve dinner
- [ ] it took them a good 20 minutes before taking the reservation
- [ ] despite the delay for the reservation, the food arrived practically immediately (after almost 10 minutes)
- [ ] very good hamburger, very obese, meat cooked very well, delicious in the ass, the fries VERY GOOD: just the right amount of salt, top crunchiness, delicious in the ass again
- [ ] as if this mess wasn't enough for us, we also ordered a nice sweet treat, very good but we didn't enjoy it much since it didn't fit
- [ ] all in all it was a good experience, we recommend it to our friends

Good background music while you wait, good food and a nice modern place but terrible service. We waited an hour and a half before having dinner as our order had never arrived in the kitchen.

Very large sandwich, very crunchy chips.
I'm not exaggerating when I say one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted.
Very friendly staff and available to all customer needs although a little slow but nothing to worry about.

We went to this American style restaurant on Halloween evening. Very good meat, good sandwiches and chips. Service a little slow and local normal.

We were craving some burgers after many days in Italy and this place didn’t disappoint. At first glance they might appear small, but good luck finishing them. The fries were great even when cold, and the burgers were very tasty. However, they were all very meat forward. It’d have been great if there was more sauce and the rest of the toppings had a chance to shine as well. We all paid approximately 20€ each -like almost every meal in Italy- and left completely full. The restaurant itself is also wonderfully decorated.
