There were seven of us. Despite having placed a single order, 3 were served 40 minutes after ordering, another 2 after a further 25 minutes and the last 2 after a further 15 minutes. In practice, dinner didn't go as we would have liked. Finally at the checkout, they acknowledged the inconvenience, were sorry, and gave us a discount (not requested).

Something different from tortellini and lasagna. Every now and then, something different is appreciated. And at Hamerica's we found excellent burgers, sandwiches and a nice atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff, average prices and generous portions.

The best burgers in Bologna. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow. But it's worth it and they are friendly.

Hamerica's - Santo Stefano is a place located in the heart of Bologna, with an attractive aesthetic both inside and outside, which makes you want to stop. The menu offers delicious sandwiches, with quality ingredients and interesting flavours, at average prices for the area. Even if it is not the best burger place I have tried, it remains a valid choice for those looking for a tasty and quick meal in the city centre. The service is courteous and the environment relaxed, perfect for a lunch break or an informal dinner. Great option if you are in the area

On 12/31/2024 I spent an excellent evening with my children and friends at Hamerica's, we had a great meal. The dishes were delicious and we were all more than satisfied with the dishes we ordered. Excellent food, a clean, elegant and welcoming place. An exceptional service. And considering that it was the last one of the year they were very honest with the price we paid. Truly beyond expectations. You are fantastic. Thank you so much we had a wonderful evening😃. Thank you so much ♥️.
