Hamburg e Via is a burger joint that impresses with its quality and attention to detail. I tried the Botanica vegetarian burger for takeout, and it was truly delicious, rich in flavor, and well-prepared. Highly recommended! Truly phenomenal. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The menu is well-curated, and I also appreciated the kindness of the staff. The bun is particularly noteworthy; I've rarely found such good ones in Italy. Well done guys! The only downside, if I may say so, is the lack of seating (just a couple of tables), which is a takeout service. I sincerely hope you'll add more tables in the future, so we can come and try this delicacy with friends.

Amazing sandwiches, you can feel the quality of the ingredients and the fact that they are not mass produced like the most famous chains. The stick chips are delicious, crunchy and tasty.

The name says it all! Excellent selection of burgers made to order with real meat. The fries are generous and perfect. You can take everything home or, as I usually do, before seeing a movie at the Porto Astra nearby!

23/07/2025: We stopped by chance for lunch, guided by our GPS, and I have to say it deserves a full 5 stars! The staff was super friendly with both young and old guests. The fish was excellent and incredibly fresh; it was a very pleasant surprise! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. Highly recommended!

15/09/2025: My family and I had already been here about three months ago for our son's birthday, leaving positive comments regarding the desserts and the seafood. The only negative was the pizza, which was burnt on the bottom and raw on the sides. However, since we enjoyed the rest of the food, I wanted to give it a second chance this evening. The atmosphere was once again clean and welcoming, while the service was quick and helpful. The owner made us feel at ease right away; I appreciated her professionalism. The food was once again excellent, and this time we were more than satisfied with the pizza! Beautiful to look at, light, well-filled, and without any burn marks. Whatever you changed works. Congratulations, see you next time.
