Everything was great, from the service to the food to the atmosphere and general design of the place. We ate very well for two and paid a reasonable price - we had mixed salads, schnitzel with fries / rösti with eggs and speck, four pints of beer and two coffees for a total of 75 euros - and just really had a good and relaxing time after the intense climb from San Valentino alla Muta. Highly recommended!

Just the right thing after the high-altitude hike from Schöneben 😁 The staff are very friendly and the food is great, top recommendation 👍

We were there at lunchtime with a ski group of 5 people. The hut was quite full - thanks to the weather and the good atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was also noticeable in the service. After I received my drink, I wanted to order something to eat. However, the two waitresses who delivered orders were unable to accept any new ones. Unfortunately, it was also not possible to get the attention of other waitresses, which is why I was no longer able to order food.

The staff was both friendly and helpful, although other people ate a full meal while I was waiting for two drinks to explain how I had to wait for TWO DRINKS. Since I didn't order any food, I can't provide any information about it.

Abbiamo pranzato qui per ammirare lo splendido panorama che contorna le piste da sci, prima di una bella passeggiata digestiva per scendere a valle. Classica malga altoatesina dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e speso il giusto. Goulash ottimo, ancora meglio nella versione “zuppa”, il tutto accompagnato da due belle birre e da patate, assolutamente consigliato.

20/06/2025: We were returning from Tuscany and, unfortunately, only stayed there for one day. It's rare to find such a nice host family. The interaction was so friendly and warm that we will definitely be back, as guests of one of the two vacation apartments. The homemade cakes and tarts in the adjoining café are amazing, and Rudi Schönweger's homemade ice cream is heavenly. Maria Schönweger spoiled us with a wonderful breakfast and won our hearts after just one day. We were thrilled and will be back, especially since the place has a magical charm and much to offer nature lovers. And on hot days, the outdoor pool is within walking distance.
31/05/2025: Everything was great! The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and welcoming owners – you immediately feel welcome. I highly recommend the accommodation, and we would love to come back!
