Haidenhof In Cermes

We were here on a warm October weekend. The view, the location itself, and the food were excellent.

I've been here twice: once for Törggelen, and once on a Sunday for lunch. The first time, there was a huge mix-up with the orders. Perhaps the guy taking them didn't understand, but in the end, after a round of incorrect dishes, we ate what we'd ordered. Unfortunately, due to this mix-up, one person ate a very small portion of mezzelune (about 5) because they'd brought us the menu portion, even though she'd only ordered that, and therefore the regular portion. The second time for lunch, everything went very well; there was even less confusion in the place, which I think had an impact on the first time. However, when paying, they'd added items we hadn't ordered, but the lady was kind enough to let us check before we paid. The location deserves five stars, as does the food. Perhaps the service could be improved slightly when the restaurant is busy, and the prices are a bit above average, but not by much. Anyway, I'd go back ;)

We went there three times that year. Each time it was wonderful. The view is fantastic. The food was delicious, especially the chestnut tiramisu at the end. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back again.

We've been going to the Haidenhof in Tscherms regularly for many years – and every time it's a truly special experience. The location alone is breathtaking: perched high above the valley, with a stunning view of Merano, the surrounding vineyards, and the mountains. This view alone is worth the trip! The drive there is always a bit of an adventure – narrow, winding, and exciting – and we're always relieved when we finally reach the top or back down again. But one thing is for sure: it's absolutely worth it! The food is outstanding – fresh, regional, and prepared with great care. Every dish impresses with its quality and flavor, and you can tell that the chefs are passionate about what goes into it. The service is also friendly, warm, and attentive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. For us, the Haidenhof is a place to relax and enjoy ourselves – breathtaking views, superb food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We look forward to our next visit every time!

The food selection was very good and varied. The wine was sometimes overpriced and not appropriate for a traditional wine tavern. In retrospect, I have to lower my rating somewhat, as I haven't received a response from the owners yet.

A beautiful spot nestled among the vineyards with a view of Merano! 1. A wonderful, fourth-generation family-run business. We had the pleasure of meeting Hansi and his family. They are all incredibly welcoming and attentive. 2. Quaint and authentic. 3. Excellent value for money! 4. Delicious food and outstanding wines!! We will definitely be back! And a little tip: if it's busy, just order a bottle of wine, sit back, and enjoy the view. The wait will fly by :-)

A unique panorama from the Haidenhof! The food selection is excellent and the quality is top-notch. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside – with a magnificent panorama. Inside, the Haidenhof has a cozy "cottage" charm.

A beautiful spot overlooking the valley of Merano. Among apple orchards and vineyards, you can enjoy traditional produce and drink their own wine.

A very beautiful farm with a fantastic garden and view. Excellent food and wine. The short climb up the Marlinger Waalweg is definitely worth it.
