What an incredible experience from start to finish! We visited as a family, and our visit exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely exceptional - authentic, traditional Ethiopian cuisine that was bursting with flavour. If you’re looking for the real taste of Ethiopia, this is the place to come. Every dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. What truly made our visit unforgettable was the owner, Abeba. She was so warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. She made us feel like honoured guests rather than customers, and her attention to detail and care made our experience even more special. We were so touched that we even took a photo with her before we left! The restaurant itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and had such a lovely atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right - the food, the service, the hospitality, and the ambience—but this restaurant absolutely does. We will definitely be returning every time we’re in the area. Thank you, Abeba, for such a memorable experience. Five stars all around from us - I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more highly!

One of the best African restaurants in the capital. A wonderful, welcoming atmosphere that transports you to the African continent. The service is extremely kind and friendly. The food is fantastic and meticulously prepared! I highly recommend it!

Experience the flavors and tastes of Africa in Ostia! A restaurant offering various Ethiopian/Eritrean specialties in a setting decorated with traditional objects. The food is delicious, and the owner is always very kind and smiling. The wait for the food is a bit long, and the aesthetics of the place (despite its traditional character) may not be to your liking. Otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant!

We visited this restaurant with some friends. Fiore introduced us to delicious dishes typical of his culture, always accompanied by his infectious smile. We'll definitely be back!
