Good, refined dishes, made with quality ingredients. The chef is excellent at balancing the flavors.
Of course, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and if you want fresh fish, well-balanced dishes in a refined setting, you'll have to pay a little more than the famous all-you-can-eat menu...

Great place, and the food too. I have a lot to complain about the delivery. Ordered for delivery at 9/9:30 PM. Huge delay, over 50 minutes, and they don't answer the phone despite numerous calls.
I'll add to my previous review that the poke ordered two weeks later, for €15, was nothing but white rice and edamame. Meager, to say the least.

Before you go, you MUST CALL TO RESERVE. Honestly, this is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever eaten at. If you're coming on vacation and don't mind spending a little more, you'll leave happy with the food, the service, and everything else. Honestly, I give them a 10 for everything.

The food here is overall always a 8/10. The fish is fresh and the combination of flavors is always great. The food is great even if they deliver which sometimes with sushi isn’t always the case. Only thing is, especially during busy times like in the weekends or for dinners the service can be a bit slow but at least they are always friendly!

A little pricey but delicious, fresh sushi fairly close to the water in Puglia. We came as soon as they opened for lunch and the waiter had good suggestions, but our favorite was the dragon roll.
