We happened to be passing by and decided to climb up. The climb is okay, with good, solid ground and two benches along the way. When we got to the top we were immediately impressed. The castle, the view and, to top it all off, the completely beautiful ambience. The owners are kind-hearted and the food and drinks were fantastic. All the rooms are lovingly prepared and the whole courtyard is beautifully decorated. It's a shame that some people don't appreciate how much love and energy goes into it. They just let their children run around without really looking after them and if something gets knocked over then of course it's the child's fault and not the parents. It's also a shame how some people behave. Instead of sitting down properly they climb over the bench from behind and put one foot on the bench to sit down. Why do people have no respect for other people's property anymore? But despite everything we would go back there anytime because the owners are wonderful. They also offer parties and you even have the option of staying overnight. Thank you for the great experience and keep up the good work.

Very nice remains of a castle from the 12th century, in which a very atmospheric café with meals has been realized. The meals are tasteful, but not refined, but they were not in the Middle Ages either;). Extensive beer selection. Service wears medieval clothing. Unique atmosphere and views of the surroundings. Quite a climb to get there, but very worthwhile

It's not an easy climb, but it's rewarded with a wonderful view. Great prices at the castle tavern. An ice-cold large beer for €5 and a coffee for €2.80. The staff is multilingual and very friendly.

Seen from the highway by chance and intrigued I stopped. Wonderful place, ruined castle with splendid view of the valley and a nice medieval bar inside. Highly recommended

The castle is well worth seeing. Although some people call the walk there a walk, it is quite steep and certainly not suitable for everyone (heart/circulatory problems?), although the trail is in good condition.

The service is a bit medieval! But the rest is perfect! The ribs are amazing and the beer is great!

A beautiful discovery! an enchanting place that takes you back in time, at the foot of the ruins of a castle, among knights' halls and medieval music (not every day). The initial walk is absolutely worth it. Excellent food and service in the context. Interesting note: interesting collection of whiskeys.

Haderburg is a beautiful castle ruin with many events. The cuisine is excellent and highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and knows how to run this beautiful restaurant. Anyone who loves the Middle Ages will feel very comfortable there. Whenever we visit Italy, a visit to Alexia and Martin's is a must.

Evocative environment and takes you back in time. We visited it during an event and seeing active characters inside the castle created greater enchantment in the eyes of the little ones. We will definitely return.

A truly evocative experience at the Castello di Salorno, perfect for those looking not only for an excellent lunch, but also a dive into an atmosphere of times gone by. The place has a unique charm, steeped in history, and offers an ideal setting for a day out of the ordinary. Lunch was excellent, with special praise for the grilled ribs: tender, tasty, with that light smokiness that wins you over. Even the cappuccino, simple but well prepared, was able to enhance the rustic flavors of the cuisine. All accompanied by a courteous and helpful service, in line with the warmth of the environment. The only small note that keeps the fifth star away: some organizational details could be improved (perhaps in waiting times), but nothing that ruins the overall experience. In summary, a place to absolutely recommend to those who love good food and places that tell history.
