The food was absolutely wonderful and Nina provided excellent service throughout the meal. I would highly recommend!

They missed the reservation by 30 minutes. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they changed the waitress who threw the bread at us. They take the meat out of the refrigerator without gloves and place it on their shoulder, right in front of your eyes. In the kitchen, they cut it and bring it on a tray, all the way around the dining room, to show you, always without gloves (picturesque?). They never ask how the meat is cooked. It's always rare. 70 euros per kilo for unripe Croatian beef. I don't recommend it.

Beautiful experience all round. The Florentine steak was phenomenal. We also had some grilled veg as an accompaniment and burrata as an appetiser - the tomatoes were the most juicy and delicious I’ve tasted. The olive oil is also so fragrant. Lorenzo was an excellent waiter - very attentive and friendly. We were seated outside by the olive trees, in the open air but well sheltered from rain with overhead heated lamps. All in all had a fantastic experience here.

One of the most elegant restaurants in Florence, with excellent service and exquisite food.
The staff is very professional and welcoming, exactly what a tourist expects from a place they're visiting.

The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious.
It was clean, had a local vibe, and the staff were all friendly.
I thought there would be a lot of Koreans because of the many Korean reviews, but there were more foreigners than I expected. All the staff were ready to serve customers, so I didn't have to wait long, which was nice :) I'd heard from people around me that the T-bone steak tasted like raw meat, which wasn't great, but this place was delicious!!! The meat smelled great and wasn't chewy. And the vongole that Alfredo recommended wasn't salty, but it was delicious. Most Italian food is salty, but this place was just right!
Be sure to get some bread before your meal! 🫧
