We went there for lunch because we couldn't find a table in the evening. I recommend booking a table well in advance, fingers crossed... a lovely experience that I recommend trying.

Excellent experience. I'd like to offer a few suggestions that, in my opinion, would improve everything. Warmer and slightly more subdued interior lighting would create a less self-service atmosphere, given that the food is excellent and served by professionals. It would also be appreciated if there were background music, not just soft background music, but above all a tour guide, at least to point out the highlights to help understand the tour we're taking and describe what we're seeing. Otherwise, we'd feel like we're on a spinning top, and those who don't know Turin can't figure out where they are. I hope you appreciate the criticism, which is meant to be all positive. Thank you all for the experience. Oh, and I forgot, a bottle of bubbly in the galley doesn't ruin anyone's experience, because it can happen unexpectedly to those who want it!

An experience I highly recommend! We attended Ristotram on a charming December evening, with Turin illuminated by Christmas lights: truly captivating. The menu included appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert, with wines included. Among the appetizers, we really enjoyed the Bra sausage bombetta with cheese; the veal with tuna sauce was average, while the Russian salad didn't entirely convince us. The first course, however, was excellent: Val Varaita ravioli with hazelnut butter, pumpkin cream, and Parmesan... truly delicious! The second course, low-pressure cooked veal cheek, seemed a bit disappointing: lacking in flavor and a result similar to boiled meat. The accompanying puree, however, was excellent. The dessert, panna cotta with berry cream, was simply perfect! All accompanied by Gavi and Barbera Superiore, both of excellent quality. The atmosphere is truly unique: a historic Turin tram set up with tables and chairs, very quaint and welcoming. The staff on board, consisting of two young people in the dining room and one in the kitchen, was impeccable: kind, professional, and helpful. Congratulations! Overall, a unique and pleasant experience that I absolutely recommend. We had a great time!

a nice experience even if perhaps the tour towards the Mole Antonelliana and the centre of Turin could have been a little more in-depth.

My friends and I were very satisfied: a pleasant journey, excellent service, friendly staff, and good food (so much so that... we would have loved to stay another 10 minutes after dessert for a relaxing chat!). A very good option for both locals and tourists.

It would have been much more pleasant if the tram hadn't been 45 minutes late, making us wait in the cold and rain!
