We are just finishing last helpings... Marvelous, delicious, perfect... Crunchy on the button, mild on the top, Best quality ingredients.. You can choose the topping because the serce differeniste pieces .. mmmmmmm Recommend strongly!

The finest sourdough pizza. The boss works with passion and is rightly proud of his product. You notice this, for example, when he emphatically explains how you (optionally) heat up your pizza at home so that it stays crispy without cooking ingredients that shouldn't cook (mortadella, for example).

22/11/2024: Trattoria with few seats. It is absolutely necessary to book because you risk not finding a place. I go there once a year. In this case I was for a birthday. We ate excellent fried food, the roast was good, we ate the first one because we were very hungry. €30 per person seems fair to me... maybe it's more 3 stars but I gave 4 because I think that a table as large as ours cannot arrive at 8.45. If you see the kitchen you understand that you have to be the first or the last. And then, as I said, it's not the first time I've eaten at their place and it can happen that once in a while a first course doesn't turn out well.
21/11/2024: Everything was delicious, crowded but they served me without a reservation. The price is worth what they offer.
