We found ourselves in this lovely place by mistake; the beauty and originality stole our attention immediately asking to sit down and have lunch. The staff, kind and helpful, welcomed us immediately. We tasted local dishes of the highest quality, surrounded by the culinary knowledge of the owner, a very sweet and helpful person. The proposed house wine is excellent and healthy. It's a mandatory stop! Highly recommended.

Excellent food, kindness and hospitality of the owner, not to be missed if you are visiting Trani especially because they prepare dishes that take you back to the origins. Beautiful, I also recommend it to families

One of the most special dinners of our road trip around Italy. Here you will find home cooking, local but full of heart and research into the product. Maria is a cook, as well as the owner, from times gone by who loves to explain her recipes and fresh ingredients with great care and passion. Note of merit for the broad beans and chicory and the baked onions but also the grilled meat (served wrapped in special paper to maintain the heat) and his homemade jams for the cheeses. Follow his advice and enjoy a nice dinner!

Such a wonderful dinner! You can feel the real essence of Puglia region in every dish you taste. Maria, the owner, is such an adorable person. She explained us all the menu, totally homemade! It wasn’t a normal dinner at the restaurant, it was a family dinner in Maria’s house! The location was like a fairytale, sitting outside through the white streets of Trani city center! I truly recommend you to try this amazing place and to taste all traditional dishes made with full love! Thank you Mari!❤️

Magical place at first glance; tables positioned in a small street in the historic center of Trani under an arch decorated with a thousand details that you spend the evening discovering. We are welcomed by Marì, a hospitality from times gone by and I, coming from Rome, welcome people so I see less and less of it in my city. Let's talk about food: The appetizers would be enough to make the stomach smile, both for the variety and the number of proposals, after all the cuisine of this area is rich in traditional dishes that are often forgotten, but here the memory is kept in training through their dishes prepared with skill. Grilled as a mouth-watering second course and homemade desserts. If you want a piece of the real Trani, go to Marì.

03/05/2025: School trip: kindness, courtesy and good food. To return as a couple.
28/04/2025: Remarkable experience that deserves to be reviewed with the highest marks (fully deserved). Entering and being greeted by such a structured, well-laid out and full of labels cellar would already be enough to exclaim wow, what a place. Lunch was delicious from start to finish! Authentic flavors and sublime pleasures (I found the spaghetti with shellfish erotic in its depth and aroma, great class). Having said that, excellent food, well-kept place, smiles at the reception, I would like to focus on 2 aspects that literally make Riontino win the competition hands down. 1) Dishes served and TOLD (then coherent during the tasting, the flavors anticipated during the storytelling were all there, in the various dishes); 2) Etiquette observed and fully respected (here the bar reaches its maximum, women first, long live women I would add). Congratulations to the whole team, to those who put their best foot forward and to those who, behind the scenes, work in the same way as the frontrunners. 14/05/2025: I have been to the ancient granary on one occasion, and it was not great, the service leaves too much to be desired, the food is poor but not bad. It is better not to talk about the cake, only sponge cake and cream, without creams, the syrup is non-existent, in my opinion inedible, I can do better 🙄.
30/04/2025: We went to Antico for the first time today. Absolute recommendation. Food absolutely fresh and very, very tasty. Plenty of starters for 2 people too. The pizza is exactly how it should be, baked through, generously topped with absolutely fresh ingredients. Friendly, attentive service, value for money👍 We would be happy to come back. For 2 people with starter, water, wine about 50€... I call that fair
