Cold air conditioning! Bathrooms are clean. One stall for males, one for females. I’m back right of store. The tables inside are comfortable. The ambiance is relaxed, bright and clean. Lots of seating outside as well! A great place to stop cool off and relax with gelato.

There is no question about the quality of the desserts...there is much to be said about the service. Rude girls with a typical attitude of those who don't want to work in a crowded environment. Bathrooms poorly maintained from a hygienic point of view.

Update 2024: the place has been renovated since my last visit. Maybe I preferred it before, but even with the new set-up it is modern and pleasant. Lots of choice, still good products. This time I gave myself a whim, and I liked it! 2023: I took a pistachio and “phenomenon” (caramel flavour) ice cream cone. I must say that it is actually creamy, not frozen, natural taste. A good ice cream. The waffle is also excellent, crunchy and tasty. The cream is normal, nothing special. For me anyway it's yes!

Good pastries and a vegan version of the typical Pasticciotto. Staff is really unfriendly. The acoustics inside are bad.

The presentation is amazing but the communication and hospitality is so wrong and offensive. They make you pay right away not even taken a sip of our drinks. We ask for a brioche and get a croissant the orange juice is watered down not 100% spremuta de arrange orange juice. I will never come back. Due to the un hospitality here . But the good is good but still not to my expectations. In Catania southern Sicily they would never treat you this way….

Delicious, fresh food, unfortunately the iced coffee was immediately sweetened. The service was average and the bathrooms were very dirty. You can certainly find a place with equally good food, but with friendly service and cleanliness.
