Sooo the pastries ale amazing , coffee is decent but the customer service - well … we were there 3 times and all 3 times waited around 20 minutes to be served while the waiter was talking and laughing with co workers , toilets are so horrible ….

The best pasticiotto we had in Bari. We took it to go 🙂 The pastry was delicious, heated just enough. I recommend it to everyone!

Great location, lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately only a few tables inside. The food was okay, the lime tart very good (but overpriced at €5). Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional: wrong drinks ordered, inattentive, or too quick. Clearing my plate while I was still finishing my last bite is unacceptable. Even worse: I had to pay the bill mid-meal because "the cash register was closing" (?) and my hot food got cold. The staff are generally friendly, but better customer service and a more proactive approach would be appreciated.

Great cakes and icecream but the serving and staff give the modern franchise feeling, not the traditional family run business...which we were looking for.

So like, looking at the reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one with this sort of experience. I thought I might be crazy or just came on a bad day. Food is awesome. Tiramisu is great. No complaints there. The people working there though... It genuinely feels like they don't want you at their place. There's this unwelcoming vibe where you feel like an intruder for just being there. Their movements look like they're serving you out of spite lol If you want some good take-out ice cream or cake while going by the piazza and there's no queue then you probably won't be let down by the taste, but I don't think I can recommend taking the table.

I don't understand why there are these bad reviews that distort reality...we were served perfectly at this bar, we had a wonderful meal and we recommend it to everyone who passes through Bari! Pasticcioto and cornetti are incredible!
