Absolutely loved their gelato! We chose dark raw chocolate, pistachio, and Capri in a cup — each flavor was incredibly creamy and packed with flavor. The dark chocolate was rich and intense, the pistachio was smooth and nutty, and Capri was a refreshing surprise. We also tried the affogato a modo mio with S. Marzano liqueur — such a generous portion and absolutely delicious. A unique twist on the classic affogato that really worked. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! We also tried Martinucci Laboratory, but I think Caruso is way better!

Every time I pass through Polignano, I have to stop at this gelateria. I don't go there often, but I'm very fond of it, and it's a regular! For me, it's the best gelato in Polignano—good, sincere, and honest. And a special thanks to Michele! Kindness can achieve anything. 🧡 Long live Caruso!

08/11/2025: Less than a month ago... discovered by chance during my seaside stop, in one of the magnificent alleys of the historic center, a restaurant where with courtesy and professionalism I ate above a good restaurant, steamed mussels and stuffed cuttlefish... it had been a long time since I ate at these levels and at a very acceptable price... the only flaw was that the chef did not reveal his secrets to me😅
