Caruso Gelateria is an absolute must for lovers of traditional Italian ice cream in Polignano a Mare! The selection is quite manageable: from classic varieties such as stracciatella and pistachio to creative own creations. Particularly noteworthy is the fair price for the excellent quality. Anyone looking for real Italian gelato will find it here and will definitely not be disappointed. Absolutely recommended!

My husband’s favourite ice cream of all Puglia! The gorgonzola was just on point and the pistachio was the perfect balance between sweet and savoury! Great little memory, one of those places you keep talking about once you arrive back from holidays :)

The ice creams are good but the reception is deplorable. If you don't want to deal with customers, just don't open :) We just felt like we were disturbing.

The best ice cream I have tasted!! Excellent, I recommend 100%. We tasted pistachio, coffee, fior di latte and nocciola. These are real artisanal ice creams in typical pots.

It's not bad, not enough to make you wow, but it's not bad. It's cheap, the service is fast and efficient, there's a choice, in short, an honest ice cream parlor like the thousands and thousands you find in Italy. There you go, not much to say... Ah if they make crepes... Good Breton friend, don't venture there, you will be disappointed, for the others it's okay. In short, you can come and try this gelateria, you will be happy...

Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Personale molto professionale. Ottimo gelato e intelligente il fatto di fare il gelato a frutta con base acqua e non latte, in modo da farlo mangiare anche a chi è intollerante al lattosio. Complimenti!!!

Sono passato davanti questa gelateria per caso Sono stato attirato da un bimbo che dichiarava un gelato fantastico Siamo entrati e subito rendeva l’idea di una vera gelateria Le signore sono super I gusti molto buoni e raffinati Da provare

25/11/2024: The place is very charming and I also really like the food, the only flaw is very slow service, half an hour of waiting just to get a toast, if you improve this service, everything changes!
15/11/2024: Delicious dishes and a very interesting and varied beer list, a vast choice of beers from all over the world, blonde, dark, white, excellent fried foods and all the sandwiches, you can take any item from the menu without unpleasant surprises, a slightly problematic area for the parking, if you are from the area and go there on foot it is better.

22/08/2024: It's good outside, the people who work are kind but I expected the pizza to be better, there was something wrong with it, perhaps a little too burnt, but somewhere between sufficient and discreet.
