My experience at Bistro O Barao was simply unforgettable. Being Brazilian, I often miss the food of my country, and finding a restaurant that manages to recreate the authentic atmosphere and flavors of Brazil was a real joy. As soon as I crossed the threshold, I was surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with music and furnishings that perfectly reflect the Brazilian style. Every detail is taken care of with love, making me feel immediately at home. I had the pleasure of tasting picanha, a typical dish that I have always loved, and I must say that the quality was exceptional. The meat was tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection, and accompanied by delicious side dishes that further enhanced the dish. Another aspect that made my evening special was the service. The two waiters were extremely polite and kind, welcoming me with a smile and making me feel like a special customer. Their attention and availability made the experience even more pleasant. In conclusion, Bistro O Barao is not just a restaurant, but a corner of Brazil in the heart of Maiori. Great food, nice service, good ambience, if you want something different than always Italian. The fried cassava roots are particularly delicious.

The burgers are sooooo delicious! The service is excellent and the Brazilian touch is friendly! The desserts take you back to Brazil! The drinks (natural juices identical to Brazilian ones and Brahma beer) make the place even more special. I highly recommend it! Good luck to the dear owners☺️

I'm Brazilian and have lived here for 8 years. There is no restaurant in Salerno and the surrounding area with such excellence and quality. The products are not "pretended"; they are real and maintain the culture of Brazil. I love the juices that remind me of every corner of Brazil. Try to have the dish of the day for lunch; you won't regret any of the options you have. *Tip:* On weekends, there is always cheese bread for brunch.

What a pleasant discovery this corner of Brazil in Maiori is! The place is welcoming and slightly away from the centre. The staff was very kind and attentive, ready to advise and make guests feel at ease. The cereal sandwich was a real revelation: particular taste, soft and filled with excellent quality ingredients. But the highlight is undoubtedly the picanha, succulent and to be dipped in tapioca, accompanied by crunchy and tasty Brazilian potatoes. A mix of authentic flavors that transports you directly to South America! If you are looking for a place to savor Brazilian specialties on the Amalfi Coast, this restaurant is the right choice: excellent food, pleasant atmosphere and a staff that makes the difference. Absolutely recommended! To make everything even more special, at the end we were offered a chocolate for Women's Day and two pretty bracelets with the words "tenha fè nos seus sonhos" (have faith in your dreams), a touch of kindness that leaves an even sweeter memory of the experience.

¡Qué hallazgo! Este restaurante es informal, y la comida es excelente. El menú es principalmente hamburguesas, pero también ensaladas (y un par de otras cosas que no recuerdo). El restaurante tiene un bar de café también, y muchos lugareños se detuvieron mientras estábamos allí. El servicio fue excelente.
