Gusto In Castrignano de' greci

I want to recommend this place for any event or quiet dinner, we wanted to try the place following the reviews and I can say that the food is really good, excellent quality raw materials, fantastic pizzas with a very long leavening, and then we get to the location which is truly characteristic and with an attentive taste in taking care of detail and cleanliness, then last but not least and the attention of the chef Stefano in always offering you the most right thing, I can only give five stars but only because it could not be put I highly recommend it.

We tried the new sandwiches, and they are amazing! Very nice and very convenient takeaway packaging. Excellent quality and well cooked meat.

Why are the waiters staring at me while I eat!!!! I came on August 20th and ordered a pizza but got stared down by the 7 staff as I ate. Felt pressured😔

It is the second time I have dined in this place and I must say that it confirms the satisfaction of my expectations! High quality of food, aligned quality/price ratio, suggestive place typical of Salento. Highly recommended.

Bella location e bell’accoglienza! Ci siamo sentiti sereni e rilassati. La cucina è equilibrata, con piatti anche tradizionali. Super la carta dei vini e dei drinks in generale. Prezzi nella norma.

The place is very large, well-kept, elegant, very clean. The outdoor part is truly enchanting, the staff are very attentive, the service is accurate and quick, but what is most striking is the excellent quality of the food and preparations. Everything was excellent, really delicious! Congratulations for the passion that the chefs put into their work. I haven't found a place like this for many years.

Sono 5 anni che frequentiamo il ristorante quando veniamo in Salento , confermo che il ristorante rimane al top , piatti di pesce ben cucinati , saporiti e con materia prima eccellente . A distanza di anni dalla mia prima recensione non posso che confermare quanto già scritto , locale bellissimo con veranda immersa in un ex agrumeto, personale gentile e premuroso , cucina eccezionale e prezzi onesti . Non mi è mai capitato di uscire insoddisfatto per qualche problema o disservizio . Complimenti alla proprietà . CONSIGLIO A TUTTI la location !!!!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, in winter in a beautiful historic building with very high vaults and in summer outdoors in the centuries-old citrus grove. The staff, coordinated by Valentina, the maitre d', is friendly and attentive, making every visit a real pleasure. I have dined at Gusto several times and have never been disappointed: it is truly an unmissable destination for all lovers of both fish and meat cuisine. Trust me.
