This is THE BEST pizza I’ve ever had!!! I literally dream about in now. The owner is a food genius, the flavor combinations were amazing!! We got there right before they officially opened for lunch, we were able to sit and have a glass of wine while we watched the owner work, it was fascinating. I can’t even remember exactly what all the different combinations of ingredients there were, but trust me… they’re all good! Get the sampler where you get a small piece of each pizza! The owner and staff were awesome and attentive, even with the crowds starting to pour in. Helpful hint, get there right when they open because they get super busy!!

You pay by the gram and it’s not a bad price at all! Great service. My favorite was The whole wheat crust is to die for. We will come back.

Without a doubt, one of the best options to eat pizza in Florence. It will surely catch you nearby if you are visiting any of the tourist places in the city.
The person who serves you is very friendly, explaining how the pizzeria and the pizzas work. It offers a tasting of several pizzas, and you cut them into pieces depending on the people you are.
He only makes a certain amount of pizza daily, when he runs out, he closes the store. Therefore, you have to be careful not to be late.
You pay by weight.

Nous y sommes allée grave à l’application, le lieu n’est pas très grand mais le service super ! Le pizzaman est extra, il nous a même parlé français !
Des pizzas unique à Florence, du goût et de la matière, et du choix, nous pouvons choisir des morceaux de toutes les pizzas que nous voyons devant nous, super concept !
