I had the pleasure of dining at Danilo Osteria Creativa in Matino, and the experience was extraordinary. True praise goes to Danilo, the creative and passionate creator of the fish cured meats that we enjoyed as an appetizer: a unique and irresistible proposal, which tells of the love for the sea and craftsmanship. The seafood amatriciana was able to win me over with its perfect balance between tradition and innovation, while the tuna steak, cooked masterfully, proved to be tender and tasty. To end on a high note, the Frisamisù, a surprising dessert that reinterprets the classic tiramisu in a local key, leaving me literally speechless. Congratulations also for the attentive service and warm welcome. Offishine is a pearl not to be missed!

Abbiamo cenato da Martino e siamo stati molto colpiti dalla fantasia degli accostamenti delle materie prime. Veramente notevoli gli insaccati di pesce, una grande idea. Sicuramente uno dei ristoranti più originali del Salento. Volendo trovare una pecca direi che il locale potrebbe essere più accogliente , è arredato in modo fin troppo spartano e con dei colori bianco e celeste che non ci sono piaciuti anche se comunicano una sensazione di grande pulizia. Anche le posate e i tovaglioli sarebbero da rivedere… ma la qualità c’è tutta ed è quello che conta. Bravi

It was my birthday here, and I had a lovely dinner with my husband:) I totally enjoyed the meal and hospitality of this place and Danilo! And we are going to repeat our experience already this Friday. Waiting for it so much:)
