Meglio tardi che mai direi , posto già noto da tempo finalmente siamo riusciti a provarlo. Le specialità sono gli affettati di pesce , acquistabili anche in loco. Il posto si trova in una strada secondaria poco trafficata è arredato in maniera sobria e accogliente, Abbiamo provato un paio di primi eccezionali , come le orecchiette e un secondo "tonno porchettato" , molto gradevoli gli abbinamenti tipo le marmellate di frutta insieme al tonno . La chiusa perfetta sono stati i dolci tra cui il "Frisamisù" e il sorbetto alla Sambuca . Gentilissimo e preparato il titolare che ci ha spiegato tutti i piatti , prezzi in linea con la qualità del pesce. Da provare e riprovare , molto consigliato !!

Let's start from the previous conversations, Danilo was present, available and attentive at every moment, with care and attention for the customer (or rather the guest) right from the moment of booking. The restaurant is pleasantly refined despite its simplicity which, together with the presence and attention of the owner and his staff, allow you to live what is a real culinary experience. Genuine dishes derived from the sea and land products of our territory, which enhance flavors never tried before. The fish sausages, a specialty of Danilo, constitute an excellence of the gastronomic journey offered. Each dish releases the flavor of each individual ingredient, only to then enhance the whole as a whole. I repeat, it is a 360º culinary experience which also goes well with the extensive and strictly local wine list, in addition to the passion and attention that Danilo serenely puts as the basic ingredient. Prices below average, in my opinion. Note of colour: upon arrival, on our table, there was a nice and very welcome floral gift for Stefania, in addition to my personal one which was delivered there with great availability. I highly suggest trying this experience, really recommended. Well done Danilo, congratulations for the passion you put into it, the difference is noticeable.

I had the pleasure of dining at Danilo Osteria Creativa in Matino, and the experience was extraordinary. True praise goes to Danilo, the creative and passionate creator of the fish cured meats that we enjoyed as an appetizer: a unique and irresistible proposal, which tells of the love for the sea and craftsmanship. The seafood amatriciana was able to win me over with its perfect balance between tradition and innovation, while the tuna steak, cooked masterfully, proved to be tender and tasty. To end on a high note, the Frisamisù, a surprising dessert that reinterprets the classic tiramisu in a local key, leaving me literally speechless. Congratulations also for the attentive service and warm welcome. Offishine is a pearl not to be missed!
