Abbiamo cenato da Martino e siamo stati molto colpiti dalla fantasia degli accostamenti delle materie prime. Veramente notevoli gli insaccati di pesce, una grande idea.
Sicuramente uno dei ristoranti più originali del Salento. Volendo trovare una pecca direi che il locale potrebbe essere più accogliente , è arredato in modo fin troppo spartano e con dei colori bianco e celeste che non ci sono piaciuti anche se comunicano una sensazione di grande pulizia. Anche le posate e i tovaglioli sarebbero da rivedere… ma la qualità c’è tutta ed è quello che conta. Bravi

It was my birthday here, and I had a lovely dinner with my husband:) I totally enjoyed the meal and hospitality of this place and Danilo!
And we are going to repeat our experience already this Friday. Waiting for it so much:)

We had an exceptional dining experience, made all the more memorable by Danilo’s warm hospitality and genuine passion for food. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome in a setting that was both cosy and refined. Each dish was a creative masterpiece, with every flavour carefully considered and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, the combinations imaginative, and Danilo’s enthusiasm for his craft truly shone through in every course. We left not only thoroughly satisfied, but thoroughly impressed. A must-visit for anyone seeking a truly unique dining experience!

This place is one of the best I've eaten at. The food, the kindness and friendliness of the owner enriches the evening. Danilo's imagination was very surprising, exceeding my expectations; creating very exquisite fish cured meats. I recommend it to anyone who wants to discover new tastes and spend a pleasant evening.
