A nice surprise! Small, cozy and above all delicious food. Good choice on the menu with own products. Not only attention has been paid to presentation, which is often a turn-off, but really well cooked. We will definitely come back !!

Ristorante situato nel centro di Foligno, ottima posizione e locale ben arredato con stile moderno che si intreccia con il soffitto a mattoncini con gli archi di una volta. Per quanto riguarda il cibo...tutto molto buono dall uovo pochè su fonduta ai tortelloni fino ad arrivare ai vari assaggi che si possono scegliere dal menù della bottega, dove si possono trovare diversi tipi di formaggi e affettati accompagnati anche con delle bruschette. Prezzi medio alti ma per la qualità dei prodotti e la posizione del locale sono giusti. Unico dubbio, ovviamente parere personale, l entrè di finta oliva realizzata con cioccolato e all' interno un cuore all olio di oliva da rivedere...bellissima idea ma i due ingredienti secondo me stonano...comunque veramente complimenti per tutto.

Fantastic dinner in Foligno at a really great price. We chose the five-course tasting menu together with the wine pairing (3 glasses). The guys in the kitchen are very young and the dishes they offer are really very good. We started very well with the amuse-bouche with a fake olive exploding in the mouth and with an excellent liver pâté. The first course of the tasting was venison steak in mountain pine with truffle which was exquisite. We continued in style with a fried egg with a parmesan foam and some superlative pigeon tortelli alla norcina. As a second course, a pork belly cooked to perfection together with a side dish of Jerusalem artichokes, mushrooms and chestnuts. The only "negative" note of the evening was the dessert (three chocolate cake) which, although it was good, was not up to the standard of the other courses. We would have expected a more elaborate dessert that would have closed an exquisite dinner in style. Excellent value for money and very attentive and kind service. The wines that were offered to us to pair with the dishes were good. We hope the restaurant will be included in the Michelen guide as soon as possible because they deserve it.

Ci siamo affidati allo chef ed abbiamo selezionato il menù dì degustazione che si è rilevato un viaggio esperienziale di alta cucina. Complimenti allo staff che ha dimostrato un’attenzione al dettaglio meravigliosa. Lo consiglio!
