Simply wonderful, the boy who welcomed and served us was very kind, smiling and polite, the food was truly exceptional and the atmosphere was fantastic, even the bill was absolutely honest Applause!

Il locale è moderno, curato nei dettagli, a mio gusto perfetto. La ricerca delle materie prime e delle combinazioni di ingredienti portano il commensale a gustare una cucina ottima e ricercata. Il servizio, le presentazioni dei piatti e l’atmosfera in generale sono un plus che accompagna una cucina raffinata.

We went to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of a local friend and it was a wonderful discovery! We chose to have the tasting menu, all the courses proposed by the chef were spectacular, with local ingredients but in a modern way. A wonderful experience completed by a very nice and well-kept place and by a kind and competent staff

Gourmet restaurant found by chance in Foligno. We particularly enjoyed the pork, its sauce and its accompaniment as well as the siphon tiramisu. Very good choice of wines.

So good. Fine dining but large portions. Some really clever food in amongst the excellent staples such as steak. The braised cheek could be cut with a spoon but the presentation and the flavours are what you will remember. Umbria doesn't really 'do' deserts but these weren't just good they were sexy!! I really appreciated the wine list incl some good quality local wines that weren't over priced. Meanwhile the service was inch perfect subtle but attentive. Ambience was genuinely as good as it gets. We had monied and well travelled guests with us - I think they were expecting a big bill - their surprise was palpable. Honestly this is as good as it gets Foligno and you will find many people from across the area. A big thank you and a big recommendation.
