Our BEST meal in Florence. Every dish was spectacular. Service was friendly and genuine. Especially wonderful was the cocktail tasting. The mixologist is a genius. He made beautiful and super tasty cocktails. Possibly the BEST cocktails we’ve ever tasted! Thank you, Gunè!

A little out of the way but ABSOLUTELY a must do. Food was incredible and staff were awesome!

Service was impeccable, with staffs who were both knowledgeable and passionate about the menu and wine paring. Nicola in particular deserves special mention for the intuitive, with his thoughtful service that elevated each dish to a new level. We had two spring tasting menus, one is with fish while paring with 4 different cocktails, another is meat paring with wines. These paring was definitely a highlight for the night, we fully enjoyed at the moment. In short, Gunè is a sanctuary for food lovers and oenophiles alike. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging your senses, this restaurant offers a dining experience that is as refined as it is unforgettable.

We went for our third anniversary. We opted for the 4-course meat tasting menu. The service structure is top notch, as is the quality of the food, it includes two small welcome courses, pre-dessert and small pastries, as well as an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert. All excellent. Constructive criticism: background music a little too background. Sometimes the room is too quiet. The decor needs to be reviewed. It seems like a mix between a pokeria and a hotel. It clashes a little with the San Frediano neighborhood. Also, the lights could be a little warmer. A note of merit for the plates and cutlery, truly elegant and scenic. High price but justified. Definitely a valid and recommended experience!!

Waoooo! I'm still looking for the words to describe the experience and the explosion of Flavors. The simple place but class and elegance. The attention and professionalism of the staff is at the level of the restaurant. The starters, the food and the desserts left the palate with that feeling of returning to this place. I requested a wine recommendation, and the one recommended was delicious. This restaurant is in the category of my favorites.

Quite simply one of my best culinary experiences and the team is incredible in their kindness and attention. Bravo, long life to this establishment

An experience full of emotions. Our senses fully enjoyed both the beauty and particularity of the dishes and the explosion of flavours, so new and yet so traditional. Among the many restaurants we tried, this one certainly ranks at the top of our personal ranking.

We had a seafood tasting menu accompanied by wines picked by the restaurant. The taste was exquisite, the presentation and interval between the courses was perfect. The most memorable, in this gastronomic perfect evening, was the manager who guided us through the courses with the background for each dish, their history (many from his hometown in the south of Italy) etc. Highly recommended.

Esta fue una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido - se enfrenta a muchos restaurantes que hemos visitado con múltiples estrellas Michelin.
