Guné San Frediano In Firenze

We had a seafood tasting menu accompanied by wines picked by the restaurant. The taste was exquisite, the presentation and interval between the courses was perfect. The most memorable, in this gastronomic perfect evening, was the manager who guided us through the courses with the background for each dish, their history (many from his hometown in the south of Italy) etc. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of returning to Gunè for a second time during a trip to Florence. I had honestly thought of my first meal there consistently ever since I first had the pleasure of experiencing their tasting menu in Spring 2024. Their mastery of surprising and intricate offerings are unparalleled for me. The food exposed me to new concepts and taught me unexpected experiences about ingredients I thought I was already familiar with. Both times, I was also thoroughly impressed by the cocktail pairings. The drink tastes complemented the food and the presentation was truly pleasing to behold. The waitstaff is especially attentive and considerate; is clear everyone takes great pride in their work and works well together. It is a gem in Florence; I wish them extra special and continued successes. I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure of dining there and sincerely hope I will be able to return someday. My favourite restaurant in Florence. Always feel so welcome and the food and wine are fantastic but also great value. Looking forward to visiting again next month.

Me and my husband are both agreed this is the best meal we’ve ever had. We had the 4 course meat tasting menu. Every dish was delicious and with perfectly balanced flavours. Very good value for the quality.

Esta fue una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido - se enfrenta a muchos restaurantes que hemos visitado con múltiples estrellas Michelin. El menú es inteligente y creativo (y completamente delicioso) - Recomiendo no almorzar para asegurarse de que pueda probar los SIETE de los increíbles panes que hacen en el lugar!
