Less varied and healthy. Excellent choice of beers. Nice location.

All excellent.. well attended.. perhaps a little expensive but ultimately within the norm

Trendy place located in the university area. We ate well: I recommend il Drugo. Good selection of beers on tap. There is ample parking nearby but I recommend arriving because there is a lot to get around. Almost non-existent service because you find everything on the table and they bring you the plates (they placed them in a pile and we divided them. The bruschettoni are also good. The truffle egg was disappointing. Only aesthetics but I didn't perceive it to the taste. We'll be back

The Gulp is simply fabulous. I went there for lunch with colleagues, who knew the place. It is located in the elegant Poggiofranco, a 'good' neighborhood of Bari, on the ground floor of a very popular building in the neighborhood. When you enter the Gulp, what stands out in your mind are the natural lights, which come from everywhere. Furthermore, the wood, sought after for both the counter and the shelves, is seasoned and 'warm'. Small ingenious 'niches', made of perforated concrete bricks, contain the corks of the wine bottles. And again, two outdoor locations, one indoor location with 'fast' (narrow tables and high stools) or 'slow' (wide solid wood tables and comfortable chairs) solutions. What about the sandwich, I ate that but I promise to come back to eat more: crunchy the bread, tasty and filling, just the right amount of heat. The glass of primitive wine was also niche, mellow and velvety on the palate. And finally, what makes each place a place to remember : the courtesy and kindness of the servers and the owner. Congratulations all, guys. I'll be back to visit you and taste your specialties. Ah... the menu is on a quad code brilliantly printed on each napkin...

Prenotazione alle 21, chiamato per confermare la prenotazione, arriviamo alle 21.20 per difficoltà con posto. Ci dicono che la tolleranza era fino alle 21.15 e che avevano dato a qualcun altro il nostro tavolo..per fortuna dopo 10 minuti ci siamo seduti. La quantità di scelta è vasta tra antipasti, primi, secondi e panini di carne o di salumi. Porzioni abbondanti, servizio veloce. Il locale si presenta piccolo ma capiente al tempo stesso con uno stile molto particolare. Unica cosa, ma non la considero una pecca, è un modo di rendere particolare la portata, piatti troppo piccoli🤣

Prima volta al Gulp con i miei figli e altri, già frequentatori del locale. Bella location, lontani dai rumori del traffico. Ottima serata per cui siamo all’aperto comodamente seduti e inquadriamo il menu con QRcode. Ordiniamo dei taglieri di salumi e formaggi, una tartare di manzo, vari tipi di panini. Il servizio e’ molto cortese e rapido, i tempi di attesa assolutamente accettabili nonostante il locale sia pieno. Assolutamente di alto livello la carta delle birre: davvero numerose e di ottima qualità. Senza dubbio la materia prima e’ freschissima ma ammetto che mi aspettavo più “personalità” al palato proprio dagli ingredienti tipici di questo locale. Quindi ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento. Comunque promosso in quanto si propone come una vera evoluzione della tipica norcineria dai confini limitati.
