Very good food, a bit chaotic environment

I've been to Gulp and had a truly positive experience. The place combines the spirit of a pork butcher's shop with that of a beer/wine bar: the charcuterie and cheese platters are generous and high-quality, featuring products from Umbria to Puglia. The bruschettoni and heartier dishes are also excellent, perfect for sharing. The beer list is varied and interesting, as is the wine selection. The atmosphere is warm and lively, ideal for both an aperitif with friends and a more relaxed dinner. In the summer, there's also an outdoor seating area, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff is young, attentive, and friendly. During busy periods, there can be a bit of a wait, but overall, the service was quick and friendly. Prices are average for the quality offered. Noteworthy is the attention paid to those with special dietary needs, with gluten-free options available. In short: a place we absolutely recommend in Bari if you love good food, excellent beers, and a convivial atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant in the Poggiofranco neighborhood of Bari. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised! The ingredients are high-quality and the staff is very friendly. We'll gladly return.

Bel posto per una serata tra amici da passare in spensieratezza. Tutto buono, dalla birra al servizio, alla rapidità dell'arrivo delle pietanze. Lo consiglio per un momento di condivisione non molto impegnativo.

È ormai casa! Quando desidero ottimo cibo, ottimo servizio, atmosfera accogliente, non c è nessun altro posto dove mi recherei che GULP! Mariangela ha le mani d’oro! È una maga con i suoi dolci fantastici! Il servizio è ottimo, i ragazzi sono molto gentili ed educati, molto attenti ai desideri di ogni singolo cliente! Il cibo è ottimo ma soprattutto di qualità! Vastissima scelta di vini, anche biologici. Rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile!!
