Place to relax...excellent food, honest prices...not bad location and super helpful waiters

Nice place, comfortable and quiet... but I noticed the tendency to make you spend more. The girl who served us offered us more expensive alternatives to what we chose. We then ordered small draft beers and they brought us the large ones... which we drank anyway because they were good. But I didn't like this almost "deceptive" way of doing things. We didn't like the piadina very much, they had tomatoes inside that weren't slices but large, annoying pieces, and a cream (I presume cheese) that was a little too acidic, not indicated on the menu

The owner Gigi is always on point. efficient and polite staff. If you want to drink well, Gigi can help you. I would listen to it for hours

It is a place that has been in vogue for several years in Matera. The location responds to the vision of an Irish pub. There would be a better atmosphere if it weren't for the fact that it has become a pizzeria in all respects, almost a reception hall. The pub must be a "refuge" where you can have a quiet chat and drink a good beer with friends. But when you hear the noise of hordes of disruptive kids, it's no longer a pub. Personally, if I can't find the Guinness and there are too many kids in the place, I change the pub that evening. The service is good. There are three waiters who do everything in the best way. However I recommend it.

Excellent place, welcoming staff and delicious food

Nice place. I just noticed that they are very likely to make you buy more. they have ways of expressing themselves and tones almost to "mislead" you, let's say. For example, I asked for chips (small plate) and they brought sperlunga (ok there were 6 of us but it would have been better to specify that you changed it to sperlunga instead of the standard portion). The beers requested small both arrived large. Other ways to make you spend more but I won't go into that. However, apart from these tactics, everything was good, the meat was a little cold. Good pizzas.

Excellent and plentiful meat. Other times I went and had the pizza, which was also very good. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
