What a discovery this Eco restaurant is! The use of local products but the offerings are unconventional: carefully crafted, well-balanced, and truly enjoyable. The appetizer is rich and carefully prepared, featuring local products. The pancetta-wrapped cheese and the potato chips with peppers are excellent. Among the first courses, the nettle risotto with pecorino fondue was a discovery: original and delicious. The trofie with sausage ragù and caciocavallo fondue were delicious. 🍀 The ecological footprint is evident everywhere: from the many lush plants (all real) to the spaces designed with respect for the environment. The furnishings are tastefully chosen, and the atmosphere is authentic and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and our dog was welcomed without any problems. 🐶 ⭐️ A beautiful place, I recommend it!
