What to expect: a welcoming and informal environment with kind and attentive service (as soon as they gave us the table they immediately brought a cushion for my mother's seat so as to make her more comfortable) Food: we found classic dishes of the seafood tradition finally done properly. The freshness of the raw material was more appreciated thanks to the simplicity of the recipes. We will return

Today I had lunch in Ostia, to eat I chose Guerino Beach which is a restaurant that promises a lot, despite being very shabby, and to make matters worse it doesn't always manage to keep expectations. The venue enjoys an enviable position, directly on the beach, giving customers a breathtaking view and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. However, the real protagonist of Guerino Beach is not the view, but the older waiter, Cristiano, whose name I purposely asked to include, whose dedication and professionalism stand out in an extraordinary way. This gentleman, with his long experience and his genuine smile, represents the soul of the restaurant's service, he knows the menu by heart. Attentive, courteous and always ready to satisfy customers' requests, he manages to create a restaurant experience really enjoyable and memorable. Its presence is a real guarantee of quality and attention to detail. On the contrary, the owners and other waiters of the restaurant leave a lot to be desired. The owners, in particular, seem more interested in managing business behind the scenes than in providing excellent service at the tables. Their lack of involvement and aloof attitude only accentuate the shortcomings of less experienced staff. The other waiters, unfortunately, are unable to maintain the same level of service as their colleague. Often disorganized and inattentive, they seem more focused on finishing the shift than providing a high-quality restaurant experience. This inattention is also reflected in the waiting times, which are often excessive, and in the lack of care in the presentation of the dishes. Bottom line, Guerino Beach may be a true seaside culinary paradise, but the lack of consistency in service ruins what could be a flawless experience. If you decide to visit this restaurant, try to have the waiter mentioned above serve you: with him, at least, you can be sure of receiving excellent service.

Excellent prices, excellent restaurant with outdoor tables, there is also a bathroom for disabled people, excellent welcome with people who make you feel at home.

You have to say that I've gone more than once and I've always liked it, friendly staff and very good food. Normal prices.

Delicious food, friendly and familiar welcome, excellent quality/price ratio. The two sisters, owners of the business, daughters of the historic Guerrino, are kind, thoughtful and ready to "make you feel at home". The restaurant is truly worth a visit! It will be equally pleasant to enjoy the sun and the sea... as soon as the establishment reopens its doors! Until next time!
