We visited Rome in September and wanted a traditional trattoria. It was a pleasant surprise – delicious food, good drinks, and excellent service.

My husband and I went here two nights in a row in late September 2025. The food was glorious! The atmosphere and service were unpretentious. The Italians never do "snooty waiter who knows more than you about wine." Helpful, kind, servers were there to give us suggestions for wine. We were the only foreigners. The other tables seemed like locals or beloved family members. The atmosphere was congenial. We would be back weekly if we lived in Rome.

Excellent Every time, excellent. Wide selection of wines, prosecco, and champagne. The food is always good, everything, even the desserts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alessandro What can I say...always at Guerrini!

Welcoming and pleasantly informal atmosphere, good service, simple menu with lots of well-cooked and presented vegetables.

We had a great time: excellent quality and seasonal food, very friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better evening with friends.

We ordered Carbonara and Ravioli, both good dishes. Service was rushed due to the busy Friday night, but the staff were attentive. They served in English; the menu is not translated.

We've been coming to Rome regularly for work for several years now and are always on the lookout for special restaurants. Guerrini was our first restaurant and remains one of our favorites to this day. It's typically Roman, and few foreigners find their way there. It's primarily a wine bar, but they also offer food. And the food is both unique and excellent. Last night, we had—as we almost always do—puntarelle salad, which is authentic and very delicious here. Then I had cacio e pepe. And for dessert, a cheesecake. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The owner recommended one of his dry white wines to accompany our meal. You receive a warm welcome and excellent service, and we actually feel a bit like we're at home.
